Банята има нужда от освежаване.
L'hôtel est plein de charme et bien entretenu. Il cache une très belle piscine dans un jardin magnifique. C'est clairement le point fort de l'hôtel.
Le ménage est très correct.
Le petit déjeuner est copieux (mais une carte en anglais serait appréciable pour pouvoir commander).
Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins, sympathique et serviable.
Emplacement parfait : environ à mi distance des plages de Butyama et Veleka, on y va à pieds. Et proche d'un supermarché et du centre du village.
La literie est de mauvaise qualité. Surtout le lit d'appoint : impossible d'y dormir plus d'une nuit, nous avons dormi dans ce lit à tour de rôle pour que cela soit supportable. C'est le seul mauvais point!

Стаите са просторни, имат собствен балкон, на който са разположени малка маса, столове и сушилник за дрехите. Банята е функционална, чиста и проветрива, с постоянен достъп до топла вода.
Впечатлени бяхме от новата мебелировка в стаите - хубав двукрилен гардероб, нови легла и удобни матраци, функционален скрин с много чекмеджета и малък вграден хладилник! Всичко това, както и невероятно чистите други помещения, оставят усещането за първи посетители на хотела.
Персоналът е усмихнат и много отзивчив, а управителката на хотела беше винаги готова да помогне в "критични ситуации", като паролата за безжичен интернет (има го, добър е!) или проблем с включването на кабелната телевизия.
Разположението на хотела е чудесно - на централната улица, в близост до плажа, но и до центъра на Синеморец. Разполага със собствени два басейна - един детски и един за възрастни. Около басейните са разположени шезлонги и чадъри, така че те могат да заместят плажа при бурно море.
Закуската беше включена в цената на нощувката и всеки от гостите можеше да си избере какво би искал да закусва от доста богато на опции меню - от бабини вкусотийки (мекици, пържени филийки, палачинки с домашно сладко), до класическото компле, сервирани с чаша чай или кафе.
Ресторантът на хотела работеше от сутринта до обяд, след което отново отваря за вечеря в 18:30 до 22:30. Градината на хотела е невероятно красива и поддържана - на практика целият хотел, ресторанта му и двата басейна са обградени от прекрасна цветна градина, в която дори е подреден кът за най-малките.
Хотелът е красив, тих, подходяш за семейства с малки деца и за хора, които търсят спокойствие и релакс. Съотношението между предлаганите удобства и цената на нощувката го определя като много изгоден. Препоръчваме го горещо!

Чудесен семеен хотел.Много добра локация, безплатен голям паркинг, любезно посрещане,чисти и сравнително тихи стаи. Закуската беше вкусна .
На закуска момичето което сервираше не даде много информация какъв е избора ,та трябваше да видим от останалите маси какво предлагат.
The location is nice and the restaurants are close + there is a supermarket not far away. Theres a place to park your vehickle, the beach is 12-15 min away walking. The staff were great and friendly. There are lots of plants and trees on the property, I mean a hole lot!
In our room the bathroom/ toilet was very small, there is no separation from the shower head so if you want to take a shower everything gets wet, so dont forget to remove the toilet paper! ( several times a day) The wardrobe doors were very badly squeaking. Good luck to find sockets in the room to charge your devices, i had to ask for an extention as there were none. The best thing on the property is the pool and also it is the most useless thing, the water is so cold ( check pic 1) that for 4 days we used it for 2 minutes and did not go in it again. You could do "ice bath" recovery. No one is using it, it is just empty. There is some gym equipment which is not maintained at all, simple lubrication will be nice. Breakfast is limited to one small portion, One of the options is one salty pancake, really? The "cherry on the cake" is that in the advert it is clearly stated that pets are not alowed, well maybe they forgot to say that the customers pets are not, but the owner's are, there were 2 small dogs barking like every minute till midnight. I do know my rating is harsh, but for less money you can sleep in a big studio at Sunny Beach with all you can eat breakfast. Really disappointed.

Very quiet and relaxing hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and the garden is very beautiful.
