Ein schönes Hotel an perfekter Lage
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind riesig, die Dusche und das warme Wasser sind super, das Bett ebenfalls. Der Lift für die oberen Stockwerke ist praktisch. Die Lage ist ideal, um die Stadt zu Fuss zu erkunden.

The rooms are quiet big and the location is good.

Cons:

After our stay we discovered that our GoPro Hero 13 Black was missing from our room. We are absolutely certain that we never took the camera out of the room during our stay — it was always kept inside the room and then suddenly disappeared.
We contacted the hotel immediately. At first we received a short reply that nothing had been found. However, despite several polite follow-ups, the hotel has since stopped responding to us.
We understand that items can sometimes be misplaced. However, the lack of communication and the unwillingness to seriously investigate the matter is very disappointing and concerning.
We hope the hotel will improve its lost-and-found procedures and guest communication in the future.

Pros:

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans l'établissement. Bon petit déjeuner . Très bon emplacement.
Seul petit bémol, l'état du scooter que nous avons loué 10$. Pas de support pour téléphone et freins limités.

Pros:

Plutôt central, calme, chambre très spacieuse, propre et bien équipée. Super petit dej varié et copieux (fruits, pâtisseries, nouilles, riz, omelette et pho à la demande…)

Matelas trop dur à mon goût autrement rien à redire
