Pros:

Super Lage, super Mitarbeiter, super Service !
Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr gut. Ich kann es nur empfehlen !

Cons:

Vielleicht ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag geht ans Frühstück. Es ist sehr asiatisch ausgerichtet. Ich weiß es ist in Kambodscha nicht einfach die sachen zu organisieren, aber ein bisschen mehr auf die Menschen aus dem Westen zugehen. Vielleicht ein bisschen Käse und Wurst anbieten.
Aber trotzdem schmeckt das Frühstück auch so lecker

Very friendly staff, housekeeping could do with starting room cleans a bit later or be quieter
Pros:

Very big room! Friendly staff and helpful and accommodating to our medication storage requirements. Breakfast 6:30-10:00 gives you more choice as well

Cons:

Gym was open area and can be seen by everyone on first floor (conference room) and also everyone eating on floor below. Also no AC so very hot at the gym. Room cleaning started from about 7:30/8 so no sleeping in as quite loud in corridor as well.

Room, clean, comfy, location, staff, breakfast. This was just such a lovely stay. We stayed here 5 nights and it was amazing 10/10

Cons:

Nothing. Maybe the tv didn’t work but we wouldn’t watch it anyway

Nice large room, friendly staff. Very tasty breakfasts. The hotel is in the center, within walking distance of the embankment. There are many cafes nearby.

Cons:

The furniture is a bit tired, the furniture on the walls is cracking.
