Pros:

We traveled here with two young children and booked a room with a pull out sofa. The room was perfect, having a little kitchenette was really helpful. The staff was so friendly and having the option to valet the car made things so much easier for us. We were surprised by all the snack and drink options available to buy in the lobby, it worked great for us. The breakfast was fantastic and I would say a higher level of continental breakfast than many hotels. We would absolutely stay here again for our next trip to Raleigh, it was a great value!

One night in Raleigh Downtown with family
Pros:

Good Location
The Interior was beautiful

Cons:

At six in the morning there was a loud commotion at the construction site nesrby. It was too loud to sleep.
Breakfast was a disappointment.

Big clean room well equiped

Cons:

The water flow in the shower is very weak and cannot be adjusted.

The sink faucet is low and short, and it is not convenient to use at all.

There is no option to turn off the room lights from the bed.

The air conditioning unit is inside the room and it is noisy.

Nice hotel for first time in Raleigh. Probably not stay again due to parking and location
Pros:

Property was clean and beautiful. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Parking was extra 25, no clear directions or signs or anything on line telling you. If you were older the walk would be difficult. Location was ok. Food close, but nothing else. Uber is only option.

Spur of the moment stay, would not do again.
Pros:

Staff is very pleasant and hospitable.

Cons:

No apparent parking. Walls are extremely thin. Great place to stay if you want to hear your neighbor talking on their phone from 1 to 3 am.

Enjoyed a fantastic stay in Raleigh and will return again.
Pros:

The room was great having a separate area for the tv and sofa. As well having the kitchenette though i did not use that only staying for 2 nights. One fantastic benefit the room had was lots of electrical sockets. In this modern day with all our electrical devices - iPads . Mobile phones and such, and each person with their own devices, there was ample sockets to charge multiple devices. Unlike other places where i have had to unplug lamps and take it in turn with the family to charge our phones, this was great to have all the electrical sockets.

Cons:

The only small thing i would have liked was to have English breakfast tea as an option at the breakfast room. There were herbal teas which i do like herbal tea, but there was no english breakfast or black tea. I don’t drink coffee, however this is not a complaint as they did provide the English breakfast tea in the room. And I appreciate that there are few people who drink English breakfast tea as their preference in the morning.

My day was awesome although we did have the fire alarm, but the staff really took care of us. Thanks

I love the front desk staff and the all of my encounters with them were wonderful. The female manager was awesome. The young lady in the front that checked me out, she was light skinned it. I forget her name. She was amazing one of the housekeeping, Miss Marjorie I believe her name is really stood out. She was awesome thank God for her beautiful soul .

Cons:

The kitchen staff needs work. The attitudes in that kitchen is horrible, except for the tall guy. The tall guy was awesome with the dreads, but that little light skin one horrible attitude, the little skinny one horrible attitude he don’t need to work with Customer Service. He need to find him a Desk job obviously he doesn’t like people . He was very rude to me and I watched him be rude to someone else the next day horrible little boy.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und groß. Wir hatten eine kleine Küchenzeile, die wir allerdings nicht genutzt hatten. Alles war fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfreich.

Cons:

Fällt mir nichts ein.
