Pros:

Very smart new hotel. We had a room with a kitchen which was great. Spacious and well equipped.
Bed was comfortable. Thermostat was a bit tricky to use so first night was too hot. Bathroom was fine.
We visited the roof top bar and restaurant which was lovely when it was dark. Food was ok but menu limited.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
There was a parking lot opposite the hotel - 1 minute walk which cost $25 a day - a lot to pay for parking but it was safe and convenient and always had lots of spaces. No need for valet parking.
Excellent coffee shop next door.
Breakfast was free and was ok.

Cons:

Main issue for me was no instructions on how to use thermostat so we were too hot the first night.
View of pool from our window which was dirty and unappealing
Noise from nearby train station woke us before 6am one day.
Paying for parking.

Parking in a garage that was across the street - key/card didn’t work when leaving. However, garage was safe and clean

The front desk staff was amazing, parking is not convenient, and the breakfast was nothing special.
Pros:

Clean new, but parking is a problem. You’re forced to go into a parking garage, which is not convenient if you have luggage so you’re forced to pay for the valet parking.

Always Welcomes Cosplayers
Pros:

I love coming to the Hyatt , been staying with them for years. From Colorado, Miami , New York etc to now here . Love the staff they are very welcoming and open to cosplayers for anime conventions.

Uncomfortable/ Terrible
Pros:

Our room wasn’t properly advertised. I was a street view with a spotlight facing our room. Right at the road listening to traffic trucks and cars all night. Not properly shaded. No privacy from outside. Not properly air conditioned. With no thermostat to adjust temperature. My all out worse experience at a hotel ever. We got up and left at 4am because we were so, uncomfortable.
