Great stay due to friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

The staff are very professional and friendly. They were extremely helpfu.

Cons:

The room maintenance could use upgrading; ie carpet edges fraying, improved caulking in toilet.

Pros:

The staff are so friendly especially my good friend Racheal. The location for me is okay and of course it is central to shops and other basic needs like the super mart under the WPH Desekel.

安心して休めた。
Pros:

ロケーションがよい。一階にマーケットがあり便利で安心できる。
ホテルのスタッフがとても親切でとてもありがたかった。
冷房、温水、Wifi等の設備は問題なく利用でき、困ることは特にない。

Cons:

建物自体は古めに感じる。
ただし、掃除等は行き届いており、不便さは感じない。
冷蔵庫が強力すぎて一晩入れておくと液体が凍った。

房間寬敞，機能方便～
Pros:

住宿位置離帛琉主要熱鬧區域步行需約15分鐘，不過走路1分鐘即有一間日本料理店，餐點好吃；走路6分鐘即可到漢堡的餐車，用餐算相當方便。飯店樓下就有一間mart，走路3分鐘就有另外一間大型的mart，晚上想要簡單購買零食飲料也非常方便。櫃台接待人員笑臉迎人非常親切，提出需要幫助的地方都可以輕易獲得協助。

I didn’t even stay long because it was not worth the stay.
Pros:

They had pretty nice looking rooms with kitchenette.

Cons:

It was rundown and smells like dust and mold. Their card machine was not working so I had to get cash. I booked two hours before checking in and my room was not ready and they seemed confused.

Pros:

Cozy comfy room with a good air conditioning. Staff members are nice and friendly. Quiet but convenient as there’s a market on the 1st floor.

My stay in Palau or visiting is too short. Palau is wonderful and has beautiful islands.
Pros:

There is no breakfast provided but the location is much better than I expected

I don't like the way I booked with different amount from the counter that I pay more.
