Location, comfortable bed and quiet location but close to everything

Era tutto poco curato e trasandato
In the center of town, walking distance to restaurants and ice cream parlors. The air conditioner and the ceiling fans in the room were great. Also I loved the small kitchette in the room. It made making my coffee in the morning easy. Plus the small refrigerator was great for storing our items that needed to be cold.
When we arrived our keys (card type, we had two) did not work. I went down to the check in desk and had the receptionist reprogram my card and it did not work again. Someone came up with me and used their master key card and it work. They sent up maintence to reprogram card reader lock and I did not have any problems after that. Actually I did like how quickly they solved my problem. The hotel hallways seemed to be a little warm. It was hotter and more humid than normal so that probably had a lot to do with it.
The location walking distance to the Rady Shell

Excellent location in a great neighborhood for exploring and being able to walk to many attractions.
The courtyard rooms overlook a patio where there was a wedding with music so loud one could not watch tv even with doors and windows closed. They warned me on check in but one might want to ask ahead if sensitive to noise. It’s also very easy to hear what people are doing on their balconies. Use your imagination.

Loud window HVAC. Sagging bed. Room near outside machinery that ran ALL night. Too much to list.

Il servizio non vale il costo, in bagno mancavano gli asciugamani e il bagnoschiuma non era stato riempito, non hanno rifatto la camera e il parcheggio ha un costo elevatissimo.
The overall hotel setting and the welcoming personnel. Great room, spacious and clean. Comfortable and without noise.
