Cons:

They refused to provide the staying bill. They said you booked from booking.com ,not from Oyo app or directly booked. Which made me feel very confused .
As for the room, there was a very bad pungent smell when you enter the room . Bedsheet , pillow cover were dirty and had stain on it
There is no kitchen in hotel ,so I don’t know why you were showing the dinner,lunch option while booking

Property was utter shabby, the blankets and bed sheets had stains and were so dirty. Had to fight with owner for refund but he did not refund even when it was in free cancellation. Dont get confused with these fake pics it’s purely for couples using on hourly basis

I won't recommend this hotel to anyone. Poor room service. No staff available. Poor house keeping. Everything poor except lift facility.

Cons:

Booked with breakfast. They brought from outside. And provided only one plate ie Dosa or idly. Single piece only.

Staff didn’t treat well. I booked room with breakfast included, but they couldn’t provide me a breakfast unless I forced them to do. Finally they bought me a breakfast from a nearby petty shop and hi J would have hardly costed them 30 bucks. Bedsheet were not clean at all, no shampoos , towel. Important no drinking water in the property.

Moldy smelly rooms, not even water is provided, no toiletries nothing.
Spotty bedsheets, pillows. All rooms filled with local couples looking for one night stand. No parking for four wheelers.

the hotel was nice and cozy. the rooms were spacious. the staff were helpful. overall good experience.
