Pros:

The staff was very friendly and very attentive, which more than makes up for the facilities, which need updating. Our room was clean and we were well taken care of so we throughly enjoyed our quiet time in the resort. Thank you.

there are no breakfast included on the booking. There are no room amenities like hot water shower, no TV. The room is not clean, there are visible spider and spider web. In our original room the toilet flush and bidet is not working. There are water leakage inside the toilet

Not what i expected
Pros:

The place is big with lots of plants and trees. It's nice to walk around. And there's a working wifi. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There's no heater inside the bathroom, no bucket or dipper - i had to buy these outside. The bidet does not work and there's a leak somewhere which causes water to accumulate, bathroom has lime scales even the bathroom sink and walls were dirty. No toiletries except for cheap-like toilet paper. the lone furniture (a small bench like chair) has mold stains or something. Towels had seen better days (old stains and yellowish, suppose to be white) bed has flimsy sheet. And the place is too far going outside the place is very difficult and inconvenient.

Overall, our stay as a family is pleasant considering we enjoyed the sceneries and environment.
Pros:

1. Staff - customer service is superb. The staff accommodated almost all our requested support.

2. Facilities - the room where we stayed (Dormitory) is quite outdated/old. The rest room are fixtures are not all fully functional, no water heater, there are broken tiles, faucet leaking, wardrobe cabinets are quite old. Door knob and keys are quite old and difficult to open/closed. Airconditioning unit is underrated for the size of the room. Lighting fixtures are insufficient making the room quite dingy and scary. We didn't swim so never had the opportunity to see and rate its facilities. Common restroom located near the reception area is quite outdated/old.

4. Comfort - I would base my rating of comfort in terms of the room were we stayed so the facilities can do more improvement to make it comparable to value for money. I mean the room rate; you can have the cozy and comfort as what other resort has to offer for the same amount.
5. Value for money - the rate is quite expensive viz-a-viz to other resort given the same amount, facility wise and amenities. Others can offer free breakfast included in the room given the room rate.
6. Location - is outskirt and far from city proper but I like it. Only that the local area has no commercial establishments (aside from a nearby convenient store) where you can buy essential things in case you forgot to bring one.
