Из плюсов — очень удобное расположение в центре города и красивый вид на море с балкона.

Cons:

К сожалению, впечатление было испорчено проблемами с электронным ключом от номера. В первый раз проблему устранили, за что спасибо. Однако после повторного обращения сотрудник рецепции общался с нами, на мой взгляд, некорректно и заявил, что мы сами специально повреждаем карточку. Такое отношение было неприятным и оставило негативное впечатление.

Возможно, это был единичный случай, но хотелось бы, чтобы персонал более уважительно относился к гостям и не обвинял их без оснований.
