All good ,we met the GM of the hotel .He was really good and once we talk with him will come back again .

Thanks to the wonderful team!
Pros:

The staff are extremely cooperative and since I was on a solo medical trip, took extra care about everything. They were also concerned about my safety and ensured I was traveling with a safe tuber driver each time. Would love tklo come back!

Pros:

good staff, very much helping nature. power went twice in the hotel, iasked them to provide torch light for me immediately they have sent and asked me to call at any point of time if any emergency . as i was alone in the hotel

place is very far from the city, travelling was taking time more then an hour

Definetly not coming back to this property.Very poor customer service and photos are deceptive.
Pros:

I liked the room and thats about it.

Cons:

There are no geysers working on your property.The day i landed I asked for a shift to another room.The intercom is never answered.Morning at 7am the reception does not pick up calls.Location is pathetic in the midst of factory.
