I had a confirmed booking at this hotel, but to my shock, when I arrived, they had already allotted the room to someone else. There was no prior intimation, no apology, and no effort to arrange an alternative. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I had to look for another place to stay at the last moment, which was extremely stressful.

I strongly advise others not to book this hotel. If they can’t honor confirmed reservations, they don’t deserve your trust or your money. Avoid at all costs!

Pros:

A great hotel at reasonable room rates. Rooms are spacious, clean and well furnished. Washrooms are also well maintained. Most of the rooms offer a spectacular view of Manali town and the mountains. Well recommended.
