Had the tasting menu - incredible!
Beautiful hotel with spectacular views.
I liked everything but the breakfast could have been a bit better.
Staff are unbelievable friendly, hotel is lovely and food and wine are amazing.
From beginning to end this was an exceptional stay, we were celebrating a special birthday and everything about the hotel was fantastic. The staff were absolutely lovely and nothing was too much trouble. We were upgraded to an amazing room which made our stay even more special.
As it was Sunday we decided to eat at the Bryntirion Inn at the end of the drive and we had the best Sunday lunch we have had for a very long time.
Thank you so much we had an unforgettable stay. 😊

Couldn’t have a bath as the plug was not working.

Palé Hall was the perfect place to celebrate my 50th birthday. The house and grounds are beautiful, full of history and character, but the atmosphere is warm and relaxed rather than overly formal. The staff were excellent throughout and made us feel genuinely looked after. Food was a highlight: we loved the wine cellar experience and Luke Selby’s tasting menu was exceptional — imaginative, beautifully presented and one of the most memorable meals we’ve had. Our room was lovely and breakfast was excellent too. A genuinely special place.
Very little. It is expensive once dining, wine and experiences are added, but we knew that before arriving and felt the quality and overall experience justified it. If anything, we just wished we had another night!
Lovely setting and maintained to an exceptional standard

In a beautiful setting with superb staff who could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable. This included the treatment on arrival by reception through to an outstanding dinner with selected wines ( thank you Bruce and your kind colleague) on Sunday evening.
I competed in the Bala Triathlon and used the amazing bathtub afterwards.
Also a super conversation with Calum Milne on Monday morning as we left about the Estate, the sheep and the cattle.

House keeping needs to improve . So should be the professional approach . you have excellent PR limited to 1-2 persons
