Great value for money hotel in a good Chennai location.
Pros:

Good breakfast, great location, superb value for money.

Cons:

Parking is a bit of a hassle, although we had a driver. Some etiquettes can be improved (for instance, if more than one person is staying in a room, they could give multiple bathroom kits w/o asking). Breakfast variety can be better. But still is great value for money.

The hotel is overall good in terms of room quality, cleanliness, and service. The restaurant food is also quite decent.

Cons:

There are two major downsides. First, there is no parking facility, so if you’re traveling by car, I’d strongly suggest avoiding this hotel — it’s simply not convenient. Second, the front desk staff need serious training in customer service. They don’t know how to respond appropriately to customer concerns and seem indifferent. If you’re not driving and don’t expect much from the front desk, it’s a decent stay.
