Pros:

Staff was really nice, more than our expectation. Rooms are very clean and the food at the restaurant was excellent!

The room odour was unpleasant.
2. Aircond did not work- they changed filter.
3. Toilet bowl was dirty & incomplete toiletries.

very nice hotel to stay near pondi bazaar
Pros:

easy check in /check out, all staff was friendly and helpful. good breakfast, room was clean and neat. hotel is new around 1 year old so the rooms are new and nice, a lot of food and shopping nearby.

Great value for money hotel in a good Chennai location.
Pros:

Good breakfast, great location, superb value for money.

Cons:

Parking is a bit of a hassle, although we had a driver. Some etiquettes can be improved (for instance, if more than one person is staying in a room, they could give multiple bathroom kits w/o asking). Breakfast variety can be better. But still is great value for money.
