Wyjątkowy pobyt.
Pros:

Butikowy, kameralny hotel z bardzo miłą i profesjonalną obsługą. Oddalony od stoków, ale hotel zapewnia bardzo sprawny transport busikami. Zarówno śniadania i obiadokolacje na najwyższym poziomie, dania smaczne, serwowane w wyjątkowy sposób. Wspaniała atmosfera.

Amazing hotel and amazing food!
Pros:

This hotel was amazing. The rooms were clean and nicely finished. The spa / wellness area was great. The food was amazing!! Such a big selection on the buffet and the set meals were beautiful. Francesca and Angela our waitresses were amazing and went above and beyond.
The shuttle to the lifts worked really well and was easy to do when we wanted it.
We had an amazing stay - 100% would recommend!

Etwas Licht und viel Schatten. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen.

Das Servicepersonal im Restaurant (Angela und ihre Kollegin 👍🏼), der tolle Skikeller, das schöne Foyer und das Zimmer. Toller Ausblick in die Berge.

Cons:

Unser erster Eindruck vom Hotel war sehr gut, jedoch wurde dieser mit jedem Tag schlechter.
Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht! Das Abendessen ist in Ordnung, aber konzeptionell sehr statisch (zum Beispiel der Hauptgang: an jedem Tag ein Stück Fleisch, dazu eine Beilage plus etwas Sauce), zudem wird es viel zu schnell serviert. Der Nachmittags-Snack ist ein absoluter Witz. Nur Süßes, nichts für Leute, die mit Hunger von der Piste kommen. Getränke werden berechnet!
Das Personal im Foyer/Bar/Empfang war, mit einer Ausnahme, eine Fehlbesetzung für ein Viersternehotel. Im Hintergrund lief Lounge/Musik, aber die Damen hielten es für eine gute Idee, parallel noch den riesigen Fernseher einzuschalten und eine laute Dauerwerbesendung laufen zu lassen, die außer ihnen niemand geschaut hat. Stattdessen saßen wir bisweilen 15 Minuten am Tisch, bis man auf die Idee kam, uns zu fragen, ob wir etwas trinken wollen. L
An allen drei Tagen, an denen wir den Ski-Shuttle nutzten, waren die Fahrer extrem schlecht gelaunt. In zwei Fällen warteten wir 20 Minuten, bis wir weggebracht beziehungsweise geholt wurden.
All das ist in dieser Preiskategorie nicht akzeptabel. Normalerweise schlafen wir in einem Hotel in Alta Badia, ebenfalls vier Sterne, aber vom Service eine völlig andere Liga.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel, freundliches Personal, gutes Bett, schöner Ausblick vom Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet und vor allem Abendessen (Halbpension), Shuttleservice zum Skigebiet funktionierte gut, ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten ggf. auf der anderen Straßenseite, in Summe sehr empfehlenswert

Cons:

Ein Wasserkocher für Tee, etc. auf dem Zimmer wäre noch wünschenswert.

Pros:

Krásna veľká izba, čistota a všetko nové.Mali sme zaplatenú polpenziu.Raňajky s bohatým výberom z bufetu, večera kombinovaná s bufetom a noseným degustačným menu čo bol naozaj zážitok.Strašne milý personál a odvoz na zjazdovku a naspäť.Chodim často do Dolomitov ale tento hotel určite odporúčam , určite sa sem ešte vrátim.

Ottimo alberto accogliente, belle camere ottima cucina e spa completa. Posizione di fronte alla fermata dell’autobus, 3 fermate per gli impianti di risalita. Personale gentile e professionale.
