Not value for money, unclean and unprofessional!
Pros:

Location is good, near to market and bus stop.

Cons:

Dirty sheets and blankets, with old carpets give it an overall dirty feel. The AC was good.
It was difficult to find as there is no marking, name or anything else outside to indicate. Its is just a house, with upper floor being used as a hotel. So you cannot enjoy the freedom of a hotel.
No reception, one guy taking care of guests. And you have to call that guy to open door if you come or leave during the night hours.
The price charged for such services is simply not worth it, as you can book in real hotels in the area in similar price with much better value.

Comfortable and homely feel.
Pros:

It was small and homely. The mosque was very close by. There were local places to eat. It was close to railway station about two miles. There were security cameras on the premises.

Cons:

The balcony and windows were dusty .
