Gute Lage, weit genug vom monkey forest (sonst kommen die Affen auf die Terrassen). Nettes Personal, Zimmer ist einfach aber groß. Zum Frühstück kann man sich Eier, Palatschinken oder Sandwich wünschen.

A Hidden Jungle Paradise with the Warmest Staff We’ve Ever Met
Pros:

This hotel is truly something special. If you’re looking for an authentic jungle experience surrounded by nature, this is the perfect place.

We stayed in the best room on the second floor overlooking the infinity pool. The views were absolutely breathtaking. On one side, there was a stunning 180-degree panorama of the pool and valley, and on the other, lush tropical jungle. Waking up to these views every morning was unforgettable.

The room itself was enormous - a studio apartment, with a kitchen, a spacious living area, and a large entrance hall. Everything felt comfortable and peaceful.

The staff deserve a special mention. By the end of our stay, they felt more like family than hotel employees. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. A very special thank you to Wayan, who was always available, responded quickly to every question, and made sure everything during our stay went perfectly. We truly appreciated all her care and support.

They also made my boyfriend’s birthday truly unforgettable. They decorated our entire room with beautiful pink flower petals, elegant swan-shaped arrangements, exotic flowers on every surface, fresh flower vases, and even created a “Happy Birthday” message using tropical leaves. It was one of the most beautiful hotel decorations we’ve ever seen.

The infinity pool is another highlight of this place. Swimming there while surrounded by the jungle is an amazing experience.

Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would happily return. It was one of the most unique, authentic, and memorable hotels we’ve ever experienced.

Cons:

A couple of things to keep in mind: the bathroom is very spacious, but the showerhh is completely open, so after taking a shower the entire bathroom floor, including the sink and toilet area, gets wet.

Also, breakfast is served à la carte rather than as a buffet. The food is tasty, but the selection is naturally more limited. You choose from a set menu that usually includes one main dish, a drink, and a juice. If you prefer large buffet breakfasts with lots of variety, this may not be the best fit.

La struttura è estremamente valida, posizione leggermente defilata ma comunque comoda e vicina a tutto. Personale gentile e disponibile.
Colazione su ordinazione e quindi non a buffet, comunque quantità e qualità soddisfacenti.

Cons:

unica nota stonata, per questo non ho dato il massimo a tutte le votazioni, in fase di prenotazione essendo noi in 3 (figlio di anni 12), mi veniva data solo la possibilità di prenotare 2 stanze doppie, essendo le stesse fornite di letto matrimoniale king size, provavo a chiedere via mail per ben 2 volte di prenotarne solamente una aggiungendo un terzo letto o anche solo dormendo in 3 in quello presente, pagando ovviamente quanto dovuto. La struttura mi rispondeva che non era possibile soggiornare in piú di 2 persone per stanza...
il giorno del nostro check-in dopo averci mostrato gentilmente le stanze e vedendo che sicuramente in una poteva essere aggiunto il terzo letto, a seguito di nostra ulteriore richiesta, venivamo accontentati con la precisazione pero' che la rinuncia alla seconda camera non poteva in nessun modo prevedere alcun rimborso poiché pagato online giorni prima del nostro arrivo. Voglio pensare sia stata solo causa di un'incomprensione...
