Pros:

Posto molto bello, con piscina spaziosa e pulita, lo staff sta sempre a pulire il giardino e gli ambienti comuni. Sono disponibili. Ho cambiato varie stanze perché ho aggiunto delle notti, solo una non mi è piaciuta, le altre sì. L'ultimo piano è spettacolare!! C'è l'acqua calda. Mi è piaciuta la posizione, circa 15 minuti a piedi dal Palazzo di Ubud

Struttura situata poco fuori dal centro di Ubud, in una via parallela a quella principale, ed immersa nel verde. In 10/15 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il Palazzo, il cuore di Ubud.
La camera era molto spaziosa e pulita. La colazione non è a buffet, ma preparata al momento. Al nostro arrivo ci sono stati consegnati dei fogli per scegliere cosa avremmo voluto mangiare la mattina seguente. Prodotti freschi e molto buoni!
Lo staff molto gentile, in particolare Wayan che ci ha accolti e aiutati con ogni nostra necessità. Ha infatti chiamato per noi un autista per il trasferimento a Kuta.

Her zaman etrafı temizleyen görevliler vardı. Soru sorduğumuz zaman güleryüzlü bir şekilde de cevap veriyorlar ve çözmeye çalışıyorlar.

Mooie rustige locatie
Pros:

De locatie is gelegen aan de rand van Ubud. Rustig genoeg om geen last te hebben van het razende verkeer. Maar dichtbij genoeg om het centrum lopend te bereiken. Ook een fijn zwembad.

Cons:

De balustrade bij de balkons aan de achterzijde zijn aan de lage kant. Verder is het verkeer en de stoep en de waterafvoer (open putten in het trottoir) een ramp. Maar dat is bekend van Ubud in het algemeen.

La localización del hotel es excepcional. Disfrutamos de una habitación limpia y muy bien acondicionada. La zona de piscina es muy bonita y tranquila. El personal es muy amable.

Cons:

A partir de las 20:00h no te puedes bañar en la piscina. No tienen servicio de comida/cena, solo desayuno

Stunning Pools & Views, great location on Bisma
Pros:

The pool is stunning & very clean, amazing jungle views & good loungers, lovely spacious rooms, clean bathroom. Set right back off the road so very quiet for sleeping. Staff were helpful. The ground floor rooms have views over the pool & views.

Cons:

The 2 main issues were very unreliable & sometimes unavailable wifi inside the room- I had to keep my door open to even get some wifi. Towels & sheets weren’t washed properly & didn’t smell fresh- the perfume was strong to mask that I don’t think they are rinsed in fresh water- linens are washed but I don’t think the water is clean which leaves them off white & musty.

Pros:

Très bien situé, proche de tout à pied et également du centre-ville. La piscine est jolie et bien ensoleillée, ce qui est très important pour moi

Je n’ai pas pris le petit-déjeuner, donc je ne peux pas donner mon avis sur la nourriture

L’hôtel lui-même est très joli et, pour ce prix, c’est extrêmement bien. À savoir que, dans mon cas, j’ai payé seulement 27 € par nuit

Cons:

Forte odeur d’humidité dans la salle de bain, qui imprègne les draps et les serviettes et est très désagréable. Elle est vétuste et l’humidité a même détérioré les murs extérieurs de la chambre, comme le montrent les photos. Vraiment dommage ils devront investir mais par rapport le prix payer on peut pas trop demander non plus.

Le lit est confortable, mais il grince énormément au moindre mouvement, ce qui réveille facilement le partenaire pendant la nuit et perturbe fortement le sommeil
