we encountered serious hygiene and cleanliness issues that made our stay unacceptable.
- There were numerous ants on the balcony and inside the room, including in the bed.
- We found visible lizard droppings all over the window area.
- The bedsheets were dirty upon arrival.
- There were cockroaches in the bathroom.
Due to these severe issues, we were forced to leave the property after only one night, despite having booked and paid for four nights.
We immediately informed the receptionist and asked whether a full or partial refund would be possible given the circumstances. Although we had selected a non-refundable rate, we were advised to contact the owner directly to request assistance. He didn’t want to do a refund or answer nicely.

sehr nah am strand der gut ist, sand ist extrem fein ähnlich backpulver, das wasser im meer leider nicht gut, ich schätze wegen den ganzen jetski und booten die im wasser durchgehend rumfahren
unnötiger deposit, im zimmer waren die schrank türen raus gerissen und standen einfach neben dem schrank. Vom Balkon führte eine Ameisenarme unter der tür ins zimmer in die Wand...
die lage treibt den preis sehr hoch, außer der lage nix gutes, personal war ok
Location was 20 steps or so fr Cenang beach minus the noise of others which are located right on the beach - live bands, heavy traffic, restaurants, beach activities.
Well, it is not St Regis or even Pelangi Resort - bed sheets have seen better days, mattress not as springy. But it was worth the money paid.

the location was great and they let us move room as we had no wifi in our room. nice big room and aircon nice shower and towels provided
when we arrived there was a false eyelash stuck on the wall in the bathroom from the person before so clearly hadn’t been cleaned. The staff were breaking their fast when we arrived so we had to wait outside reception from 6:30-8:30 till they came back and then when we were checking out they were also breaking the fast so we weren’t able to get our deposit back which sucks.
