Cons:

the booking included free parking. but at the gate they charged us for parking. the host and the admin informed us that the booking.com is wrong. There is also no coordination with the host, the admin and the receiving personnel which is the guard at the gate, who informed us the prop owner did not inform them that we were to check in. It took sometime to sort things out, with me calling, the guard calling the prop admin calling and host calling everybody and anybody.
