Cons:

We are foreigners. We presented our passports and visas yet the hotel staff still asked so many unnessary questions. We found out afterwards that this establishment is mainly for events - hotel rooms are a supplementary line of business for the events. Hence, the hotel management is not at the level we normally would expect for the price they charged. It was also a bit noisy cos other rooms were occupied by banqueting people.

My experience at Tulip
Pros:

Hotel is clean and neat. Lit of parking. Restaurant is good. Sub staff curtious.Located near to IT cos. Break fast and restaurant is good and service is fast.

Cons:

Items little spicy. In the room for self making tea milk powder sachets are not available. Manchuria we tasted is not soft, quality to be improved..

Cons:

The lady at the reception wasn’t cooperative. I left on 28th Aug around 10.30-11 am, the person at the reception at that time wasn’t kind. She was rude and acting as the owner of the hotel. She did not know Hindi or English language, making communication even tougher. I urge the hotel owners to make sure that the person sitting at the reception is kind to all and knows a common Indian language - it maybe English or Hindi.


Also, despite the TV sets in the rooms, only two channels are operational. Despite having Tata sky the guests are forced to watch only two channels. If that’s the case then there is no point in maintaining TVs in the hotel rooms. Request to have atleast 40-50 channels that can be received by Indian audiences and not just south audience.
