Un fin de semana estupendo en Burgos con la familia.
Pros:

La ubicación es estupenda, está al lado de todo pero sin ruidos. Tenía opción de parking pero no lo utilizamos, encontramos aparcamiento en la misma zona. El desayuno es fabuloso, un bufet libre abundante, variado y de calidad, además con opciones para celiacos.

Cons:

El restaurante no estaba disponible en las fechas en las que fuimos.

Excelente servicio. Esto podría haber sido un comentario muy diferente si no fuera por la forma en la que el personal manejó el problema que surgió. Me solucionaron, sin excusas ni retrasos y con una actitud digna de llamarse excelente servicio al cliente.

Cons:

La ducha de mi habitación estaba rota, tuve problemas para bañarme la primera mañana, pero me cambiaron se habitación y todo solucionado.

Great hotel with good value for money very near the center of Burgos
Pros:

Location was great, the staff were friendly and we had booked a room for three adults. All beds including the spare bed were comfy.

Cons:

The parking was very tight. For anyone travelling with a big car I would recommend alternatives

Pros:

El gel olía muy bien

Cons:

Se oía en el pasillo hablar ( aunque pedí una habitación que no se sintiera el sonido para poder descansar bien)el espejo del baño ponía después del vapor de la ducha "te quiero" ( lo que significa que la limpieza no era la mejor...) y en las sábanas había algún que otro pelo (espero que sea de hacer las camas y no de que se hayan reutilizado). Doy un bien pero para el precio creo que debería de mejorar esos detalles.

Genial, pero...
Pros:

- El personal fue una auténtica maravilla! (Desde recepcionistas, camareros, hasta servicio de limpieza)
- El desayuno perfecto!
- La habitación muy amplia y puedes regural tú la calefacción o aire acondicionado.

Cons:

- Las almohadas. Me sigue doliendo el cuello solo de pensar en ellas.
- La ducha si no cerradas bien con fuerza se salía todo el agua. Sin hablar de que la alcachofa perdía agua y el plato de ducha estaba abombado.
- Entraba luz por la mañana desde la ventana ya que las cortinas no cierran del todo bien.
- No se si fue coincidencia pero el sábado pusieron música hasta mas lejos de las 2 de la mañana (luego quedé dormida del cansancio y no se cuando acabo).

Hotel con buena ubicación.
Pros:

Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación cerca de casi todo. Pudimos por suerte aparcar delante del mismo. Estuvo muy bien la estadía en Burgos.

Cons:

La habitación muy pequeña y mucha calor. Era desesperante. Y aunque pasamos solo una noche no dijimos nada a cerca que se salía el agua del plato ducha porque no estaba bien ajustada la puerta. Pero bien.
