Pros:

Location near popular spots of Thien Cam, just 5min to reach by bike.

Cons:

Facilities just ok. Have a swimming pool but small, just for fun of kids and some relaxed activities.

Pros:

This pet friendly hotel/homestay was another pleasant surprise I found upon my 25,000km motorbike journey (around Vietnam, Laos & Cambodia), especially for where it is located. It appears to be relatively newly built and clean throughout.
The homestay has an elevated pool area (with several undercover chairs & tables) and two levels of accommodation rooms (upper level is only accessible by stairs). Outside, there's an outdoor parking area for cars, and inside (next to reception) is a small undercover section for motorbikes. They have a reception area with some seating.
The air-conditioned room I was assigned was spacious and had a communal balcony (overlooking the pool) with two double beds (mattresses were medium with a rating of 6 out of 10 on the firmness scale). The room also had a flatscreen TV (Netflix app shows up, but it is unavailable....only YouTube TV is), a small refrigerator (with some beverages for purchase), a ceiling fan, a two-seater couch, a table, a desk with stool, and 2x bedside tables. The room also boasted a clean, private bathroom (with a glass partion for the shower) and an external sink area. The hot water was good but limited only by the reservoir size.
I found the place to be quiet and had a peaceful night sleep as it is set back off the main highway.
The homestay doesn't serve food, but just a few hundred metres away are two local food restaurants but not much else around.
They have wifi throughout the property, and I found it reliable with a good signal strength.
Noting that Google Maps (useless as usual) takes you to an incorrect entry point. The correct access is just around the corner next to the local restaurant. Look out for the homestay signage.

Fantastic place
Pros:

This is probably the best place in terms of cleanliness we have stayed in. For us the location was perfect as we are cycling and so literally needed a place to stay and it was just off the main road junction - but still very quiet. It was only a 15 walk to the beach and they are doing loads of road building so it will soon be an amazing place to stop off on
