Really lovely staff and a room other than traffic noise was not too loud. A hotel that’s got some good potential but misses the mark
Radiator was stuck owing to damaged valve in arguably the most intense heatwave in the uk ever.
The restaurant food was substandard.
Despite checking on check in there was no breakfast as the chef apparently didn’t rock up that day.
Things happen but would’ve been good to know before one wasted 10 mins waiting for nothing.

No air con,
the date had been booked incorrectly by myself, so I wasn't booked in until the following day, luckily the lady on reception booked me in for that night. I was very grateful for this, this is a great hotel I have used it many times and will continue to do so.
