Easy to find off the motorway

Motel-like setup - could park near room. Car parking area felt safe. Room itself was compact, but clean and tidy, with everything needed - bathroom, soap, kettle, tea and coffee, tv, comfy bed. All clean. Arrived 8.30pm, receptionist very helpful. Early start the next day, so I didn't try the breakfast, so can't comment on that.
It would be great if you had a marked car parking space directly outside your room, but that would be difficult to police. Book at least a week in advance to get best value prices. The nearer you book, the more expensive it gets. Nothing much in the area apart from another hotel next door (Gissons - avoid) and a petrol station.

Very conveniently situated for onward travel. Comfortable, clean room with excellent shower.. Good food.
Bathroom was full of black mould , carpets were gammy.

The reception staff were very helpful and polite. The team dealing with breakfast do a fantastic job. The housekeeping staff do a great job
Some of the access doors were slamming and very noisy as people left at 6am.
