The room was clean and spacious. It was as described with a pleasant view. Restaurant served a great variety of food! We ate there every night and tried many of the dishes and none disappointed. Every option was very tasty and delicious! The staff in the restaurant particularly, were very friendly and a credit to the hotel. Every member of staff was very polite and welcoming and created what was a great experience. The room was kept clean by the cleaners and there was always a lovely smell welcoming us back to the room every evening. We would certainly stay again!
The only slight negative, (apart from noisy neighbours for a couple of the nights, but there were enough notices explaining the quiet times, some people just don’t care and there is nothing you can do about that!) as I was saying the only slight negative was that the mattress was very hard, hence we gave a 9 instead of 10 for comfort. We are aware that mattress strength is a personal choice but it was very much on the hard side.

The staff, cleanliness and food were all exceptional. The room was a little tired but extremely clean and contained everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Thank you.
