Pros:

Ideal location, was very busy due to the Devon show! Rooms were small but very comfortable size, dinner menu was amazing good choice of food! Room was very clean ! But the best bit about our stay was the South African gentleman Grant !! He made us feel so welcome and recommended a few things! Very easy to talk to and an absolute credit to the hotel !

Cons:

I didn’t find the bed comfortable, was a very hard mattress, probably ideal for those who prefer a much firmer mattress, other than that a lovely stay’

My team were happy that there was a TV in the room

Cons:

My team reported that the room was quite dusty and an unpleasant smell from the bathroom (drainage), they had to keep the window open all night.

Pros:

Good location, plenty of parking, comfortable room, friendly helpful staff. Hot breakfast choices good.

Cons:

Better hot drink selection in the room would be good. Hot food at breakfast was very good but could do with a wider selection of cold, fruit, bread and pastry options
