Pros:

The accommodation is spotlessly clean, The decor is exceptional and the location is fabulous. Honestly, really fantastic value and I will 100% stay again

Cons:

Nothing. There is a bar downstairs but the sound proofing is first class so no issues

Excellent stay in Sofia, close to everything.
Pros:

I loved staying at the embassy suites, everything was of very good quality: the bed, the pillows, all the sheets.
The room was very clean, shower was excellent, high pressure water and perfect temperature.

Cons:

Nothing.

Cons:

You can expect better service and communication on airbnb.
The music coming from the bar at night is unsupportable. Nobody can sleep…thats why they put next to the bed plastic earplugs similar like on the airplane.

Moreover there is industrial nonstop noise of airconditioning grom outside of the building, I took a video and photo.

The bath is so small and there is not any covered area of shower , the floor of all bath remains wet.

There is a strange entrance, not a visible sign of hotel…you need to pick hp the keys from the bar downstairs and enter from ourside next to the building…there is not any elevator. You need to carry your luggages by yourself.

There is not any breakfast option as well.

Also no reception at all. Just people in the bar if you are luckty to find someone in the day time…

They started cleaning the room before I checked out and they put all my luggages out of the room without my authorisation. They could have at least called me.

I am a genious member of booking.com, already been over 55 + countries and this could be one of my worst experience.

This is not Embassy Suites, the worldwide brand; it's Embassy Bar and Suites, a pretty nice boutique
Pros:

I like the location, that is a nice neighborhood (with the inevitable graffiti) nearby some true embassies (Spain, Switzerland) which probably gave it its name.

Cons:

It was hot - no air conditioning - but that's what I get for going in late August, early September. There was also a cigarette smoke smell during the night, probably coming up from the bar below.

Cons:

Der Zugang zum Zimmer im 3. Stock ist schon mit Handgepäck sehr mühsam (kein Lift, enge Wendeltreppe). Auch das Badezimmer ist eher für Backpacker als für Geschäftsreisende.

Gli alloggi erano grandi e puliti. Struttura non centralissima ma facile parcheggiare nei paraggi.
Pros:

Camera spaziosa e pulita. Letto comodissimo. Bene l'aria condizionata e tanto spazio per i vestiti

Cons:

No wifi. Peccato non era possibile fare la colazione. 3 Piani a piedi senza ascensore
