Lovely little place
Pros:

The staff were brilliant, very friendly, funny, and accommodating. Hospitality at its finest! Air conditioning in the rooms and reception area.

Cons:

Toilet/shower room door was a very heavy fire door.

Extremely happy
Pros:

As soon as I walked through the door to check in I instantly knew I'd chosen the right place for a night away to celebrate my birthday.
The place is immaculate.. and beautifully decorated and we were greeted with the warmest welcome.
Our room was so clean and comfortable with (in this weather) much needed air con 😌
We decided to book into the hotel restaurant which didn't disappoint. The staff were lovely and engaging and nothing seemed too much. The food was beautiful and well presented. Somewhere I would definitely eat again.
We were also booked in for breakfast which again was great. Such a lovely stay.. I would definitely book to stay again

Morden hotel.
Pros:

Morden decor and nice big bed

Cons:

The sink in the bedroom and not in the bathroom. In the night it disturb you partner when need to wash your hands. Bathroom times got black marks

This Hotel was the highlight of a recent trip, the best we have experienced in years.
Pros:

This Hotel was the highlight of a recent trip from Scotland all the way to the South of England. The quality of the rooms and food was superb, but the outstanding feature was the staff and management who provided an unmatched positive experience through their customer service. We travel a lot, worldwide, this was the best we have experienced in years. Highly recommended.

Exceptional
Pros:

We loved everything about the Hotel and it's restaurant. Warm welcome, the room was clean. Comfortable bed, great pillows, air con (very welcome), tea, coffee, water, all very modern. Attention to detail. Quiet and relaxing. The food in the restaurant was outstanding. Shame we live 2hrs away.

Pros:

The hotel was clean

Cons:

The sink was in the corridor the door to the toilet was extremely heavy. The roof eaves were very dangerously close to the bed and I banged my head several times
We left early as we felt uncomfortable.

A great few days in a lovely hotel/restaurant.
Pros:

Breakfast excellent with lots of choice. Remote you do need a car to get anywhere. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Pros:

First off we were greeted by Ali who was absolutely exceptional. He gave us a professional and comfortable tour of our room, facilities inside and how to use them.

Every morning for breakfast (which was already set and organised for us when we requested a time!) He would greet us with amazing hospitality. The rest of the team were amazing too.

And oh my goodness the chef was brilliant! I had Belgian waffles with fresh chopped fruit, chocolate sauce and oreos. My partner had a full english, and we both left our plates nearly glimmering clean.

Cannot commend the team, location, and cook more. Brilliant stay and will be returning!
