Awesome restaurant, relaxing hotel and perfect customer service.
Pros:

Everything was perfect, especially the restaurant and customer service. We will definitely stay here again in the future, if only to eat at the restaurant and then have a food coma afterwards!

Cons:

9 was you can hear people in the corridor quite clearly from your room which hardly matters, we also found the room a bit stuffy without a window as we don't like to use the aircon as we have different temp preferences., we solved it by wedging the bathroom door open. A definite stay again location though.

Wonderful and relaxing.
Pros:

Location was really good as a quiet but convenient stop off point on a long journey.
Hotel was beautifully clean and staff so polite and helpful.
Facilities were excellent, shower was amazing!
Breakfast was great.
Definitely stay again.

A delightful stay in every way
Pros:

Everything about this stay exceeded my expectations from the lovely comfortable room to two excellent dinners. The staff, the food (breakfast is fantastic) and the ambience are all excellent. Located in the main Swindon-Oxford artery the location is convenient and everything you need is to be found in the premises.

Absolutely Fabulous
Pros:

Excellent service. Friendly and attentive staff. Rooms were modern and clean, with everything provided for an overnight stay. Great breakfast. We have eaten there many times and the food is delicious. We will definitely return and would certainly recommend the Snooty. Mark & Jane

The rooms was great and the staff couldn’t do enough for us nothing was to much trouble and made our stay fantastic

I thought that the rooms was really good and very spacious with everything that you would need for your stay

Fabulous!
Pros:

The staff and the ambience is excellent. The breakfast was wonderful with the choice of an authentic Indian breakfast or full English - catered for everyones needs in our large group.

Cons:

Rooms were lovely, clean and modern. However, some of us like a little bit of fresh air, and it was difficult or not possible to open the Velux window.
