Pros:

L'emplacement, le parking sécurisé, l'appartement en général. L'équipement de cuisine.

Cons:

Le frigo éteint à notre arrivée, pas de bouchon pour l'évier de la cuisine, un sèche serviette serait le bienvenu dans la salle de douche, sel et poivre dans la cuisine aurait été sympa ;) !

Pros:

Via een poortje in de tuin, komt men onmiddellijk in de duinen. Even oversteken en je staat op het strand aan de Surfclub van Westende waar het tevens zalig vertoeven is.
Ligging is top, tevens de mogelijkheid om fietsen in gemeenschappelijke garage te stallen.

Cons:

Privacy in de tuintjes kan beter. Tuinmeubilair is amper aanwezig.
Geluidsisolatie/demping in de kamers/gebouw.

Die Lage der Wohnung.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung entsprach nicht den beworbenen Fotos. Billigste unbequeme und zusammengewürfelte Möbel, spartanische Küchenausstattung. Die Farbgestaltung der Räume viel zu dunkel, nicht wie auf den Fotos hell. Raumbeleuchtung im Bad defekt. Heizung und Entlüftung funktionierte nicht richtig. Im Schlafzimmer der nicht erwartete Kleiderschrank, dafür im Wohnzimmer eine muffig alte Kommode.
Hätten die Fotos im Internet der Realität entsprochen, hätten wir diese Unterkunft nicht gewählt. Schade für diese gute Lage des Hauses.

Angenehmer Übergang ins neue Jahr!
Pros:

Sehr nahe am Strand gelegen, was naürlich äusserst angenehm war um mit meinem Hund spazieren zu gehen.

Cons:

Die Wände sind sehr dünn so daß man laute Gepräche der Nachbarn mithören kann

locatie was top

Cons:

probleem met de kamer ,wel de volgende dag opgelost .was ook nog aan de telefoon gezegd dat we direkt 1 nacht langer mochten blijven (konden we niet )of een compensatie .daar hebben we niks van gezien .Dirk is wel een toffe mens waar je niets kunt aan misvragen .zelf op zondag .

- manque de clarté/d'informations pour entrer dans la propriété et au niveau du parking (barrière avec code, code plus loin que la barrière (il faut le voir)). Les propriétaires envoient un mail avec les infos mais le dossier ne s'ouvre pas donc nous ne découvrons les infos pratiques qu'à l'intérieur du logement.

- manque de propreté.
- il reste pas mal de finitions à faire
- logement très humide
