Дуже зручне розташування. І дуже привітний персонал :допомогли з трансфером, з картою для транспорту, зорієнтували по головним памʼяткам . Смачний турецький сніданок.
Aardig personeel, we kregen een upgrade toen we de eerst kamer te klein en te donker vonden.
De kamers aan de voorkant zijn ruim en goed, achter klein en donker. Duur voor wat het is maar dat is overal in Istanbul.

La iluminación de las habitaciones, un poco oscuras
Lo mejor : la limpieza, el baño amplio, las vistas al Bósforo preciosas, la grandísima atención de Cem ( el encargado de servirnos el desayuno en la terraza, súper amable, hablaba español y estaba pendiente de que no nos faltara detalle), terraza preciosa con vistas al Bósforo.
Me gustó todo. Lo único pondría las sábanas más largas( pues no nos daban para someterla por dentro), pero es una tontería. Todo Genial

I had always dreamed of visiting Istanbul, and the team at Tria Hotel made me want not only to come back to this incredible city, but to return to this hotel again.
We are leaving with so many smiles and memories of genuine kindness. The sense of service is simply outstanding, from the reception team to the breakfast staff, every single person made us feel truly welcome and cared for.
The location is perfect, with everything close by and easy to access.
Even the goodbyes are thoughtful and meaningful. I’m leaving with a handmade bracelet they offered, something they do for every guest. It feels like taking a little piece of them, a little piece of Istanbul, with me.

The location could not be better: a 5 minute walk to Hagia Sophia and The Blue Mosque, but far enough from main streets to have a quiet rest. Very friendly stuff that tried to accommodate all our needs: early check-in, tourist guides, restaurant recommendations, help with booking attractions, sending postcards, they even gave us a small complimentary gift on our birthday.
The room is a bit smaller than it looks in the photo, but it shouldn't be a problem if you came to visit the city and not spend the whole day in the hotel room.
Location is amazing, the hotel itself and rooms are very stylish and clean, personell is very helpful. I would definitely stay again

The hotel staff made us feel incredibly welcome and were very accommodating with all our requests. They even gifted us cute bracelets, which we truly appreciated!
The interior was lovely, the rooms were clean, and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to enjoy the historic part of Istanbul!
The main downside was that we had to call reception each time we wanted to turn on the air conditioning, and it couldn’t be set to cooling if others had requested heating. That said, we were still able to cool down the room most of the time, which was a plus.
Also some parts of the room could benefit from a bit more maintenance, like the water drain in the shower.
The best thing about this hotel is the people who work there. I have never experienced such hospitality. People at the reception and in the restaurant were super nice, helpful, and friendly. Big thanks to Cem, he made our breakfast special.
The location was perfect, and it was easy to get to the main attractions.
