Tria Hotel Istanbul-Special Category

This was one of my favorite hotel stays. The staff was absolutely amazing and so friendly. The location was perfect. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious! (Shoutout to Cem who was absolutely lovely and hilarious!)

Ubicación del hotel es inmejorable. La comida en el restaurante que tienen en la terraza es muy buena, las vistas son muy bonitas, el desayuno delicioso. Todo el staff es muy amable y servicial. Limpieza de habitaciones y en general en todo el hotel es impecable. A cualquier hora te sirven café o té turco u otras bebidas gratis en el lobby.

The staff were exceptional, and the WhatsApp communication ahead of my arrival—providing additional tour guidance—was greatly appreciated. As a solo female traveller, I felt safe and warmly welcomed throughout my stay.

Upon arrival by taxi, I was assisted out of the car, my baggage was handled and taken up to the room, and I was offered a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view room, which was a lovely gesture.

The breakfast was delicious, the room was luxurious, and the bedding was exceptionally comfortable—I had the best sleep.

In addition, when I requested a one-hour extension to check out due to a delayed walk through the city, management kindly accommodated this despite a new guest arriving later the same day.

Finally, as I was leaving, the front desk arranged a taxi within minutes and presented me with a beautiful handmade bracelet as a farewell gift.

The level of customer service at Tria is reminiscent of a bygone era. I cannot express my gratitude enough to the entire team for making my one-day stopover such a highlight of my travels. I will definitely be returning to Tria.

The location of the property is perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the main square and the Blue Mosque.
The hotel is tucked away, so you will definitely get a good night's sleep with no noise disturbances.
The breakfast is excellent, and having it on the rooftop terrace is truly something special.
A very big thank you to all the staff, who were amazing and made our six-day stay welcoming and enjoyable.

Very lovely accommodating staff. They go an extra mile for you. The entrance of the hotel is decorated with fresh flowers that smell wonderful.

The location was very convenient for the major sights in Istanbul - the Hagia Sophia, the Blue Dome and the Topkapi Palace. The reception desk was full of suggestions, advice and guidance. Their knowledge was extensive.

The hotel is small but has everything you need. The room was modern with decorative features with a view of the Bosphorus. We appreciated the lift up and air conditioning in the room as it was very hot. The staff were all friendly, helpful and kindly took our luggage up for us. The rooftop terrace restaurant was able to meet my dietary needs even though I have multiple food allergies. (They did appreciate the card I had translated into Turkish through the Equal Eats app.) Great location, just a few minute's walk to the Blue Mosque as well as lots of cafes and shops.

A beautiful boutique hotel located in the heart of the district that I wanted to visit. Surrounded by interesting buildings and lots of restaurants to choose from. Fabulous breakfast with a fabulous view over the Bosphorus.

Были в этом отеле вдвоем с мужем в июне 2026 г. Все просто прекрасно! Очень внимательная и гостеприимная хозяйка, с полной поддержкой по любым вопросам. Культурный, обходительный персонал гостиницы. Номера небольшие, но чистые, с приятным ремонтом, все работает - душ, кондинционер, фен. Есть чайник и приветственная вода с чаем. Халаты, тапочки, душевые принадлежности имеются. Шикарные завтраки с видом на Босфор, внимательными официантами. Завтраки очень плотные, есть нам до вечера не хотелось, все свежее и разнообразное, каждый день новый десерт, вкусные фермерские сыры. В номере есть темные шторы и хорошие кровати, что максимально способствовало отдыху и восстановлению сил. Телевизор с каналами на русском языке. Отличное месторасположение, в самом центре - 8 мин. пешком до Айя- Софии. В общем, гозяева гостиницы заботятся о том, чтобы ваш отдых прошел максимально комфортно в теплой обстановке. Всем будем рекомендовать этот отель. Большое спасибо персоналу за наш замечательный отпуск!
