Please focus on cleanness and room comfortable.
Pros:

It’s very close to Masjid e Nabawi

Cons:

I booked room with 4 beds. There wasn’t enough space in the room. Secondly fourth bed was so slim to have comfortable sleep. The bathroom was so dirty and smelling. The room wasn’t sound proof. We were able to listen the conversation of next door occupants.

Location was good, Car parking was provided, Staff was Good

Cons:

Cleaning was medium, AC was chocked no proper cooling, first night around 11PM I called staff to complain about the cooling, AC technician came, after cleaning filter and taking 20 minutes they said AC service required which will take 1.5 Hours, so I refused since my family was already disturbed. Regarding online payments, property account belongs to Netherland and charging extra international transactions.

Room location and view from the window is very very excellent. I will recommend to stay again.

The view and location from the majid nabwi SAW.

Cons:

Receptionist are very kind and supportive but lower staff are not good as provide any type of support. Also sometimes i felt cigarette smoke in my room when i came from outside due to the ventilation duct i compliant in the mid night to cleaning and lower staff but they didn’t provide support. They ignored me. Even every room entrance and hotel wall there is sign for No smoking.

A wonderful stay with great hospitality, comfort, and a welcoming atmosphere.
Pros:

The hotel offered a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a pleasant environment for guests. للأسف كانت هذه المرة تجربتي مع فندق الحياة الذهبي مختلفة تمامًا عن تجاربتي السابقة رغم أنني أقمت في الفندق من ثلاث سنين وكانت إقامتي في المره السابقة ممتازة والغرف كانت نظيفة ومرتبة وبمستوى جيد جدًا
قمت هذه المرة بحجز غرفة رباعية وكنت قد طلبت عند الحجز إضافة سرير إضافي
وأبلغني الفندق بعدم إمكانية ذلك
وتقبلت الأمر دون أي اعتراض
عند تسجيل الدخول تم تسكيني في الغرفة رقم (407) ولكن للأسف كان مستوى الغرفة من حيث الأثاث والمساحة والمظهر العام أقل بكثير من المستوى الذي اعتدت عليه في الفندق خلال إقامتي السابقة
كما لاحظت وجود مشكلة مهمة تتعلق بسلامة الغرفة حيث إن باب الغرفة لا توجد به يد من الداخل وكان الخروج من الغرفة يتطلب استخدام المفتاح لفتح الباب وهو أمر غير طبيعي وغير مناسب لغرفة فندقية
حاولت التواصل مع الفندق أكثر من مرة عن طريق رقم الفندق وBooking وWhatsApp، كما تحدثت شخصيًا مع موظف الاستقبال ولكن لم يتم تقديم حل مناسب في البداية
وفي اليوم الثاني من إقامتي تم نقلي من الغرفة رقم (407) إلى الغرفة رقم (909)
ولكن للأسف كانت الغرفة الجديدة بنفس المستوى تقريبًا كما أن مشكلة باب الغرفة نفسها كانت موجودة أيضًا وبالتالي لم يتم حل المشكلة الأساسية
أنا لا أكتب هذا التقييم بهدف الإساءة للفندق بل لأنني كنت عميل بالفندق وفنداق اخرى كثيرة المرات السابقه ولدي تجارب سابقة جيدة جدًا
ولذلك كنت أتوقع مستوى أفضل بكثير خصوصًا أنني أعرف مستوى الغرف والخدمة في الفندق من خلال إقامتي السابقة
لدي صور توثق حالة الغرف والملاحظات المذكورة بما في ذلك مشكلة الأبواب ويمكنني تقديمها عند الحاجة
أتمنى من إدارة الفندق مراجعة ما حدث والاهتمام بجودة الغرف وسلامة النزلاء
لأن تجربتي هذه المرة للأسف لا تعكس المستوى الذي اعتدت عليه من الفندق خلال السنوات السابقة
