Le seul véritable point positif reste l’emplacement.

Très déçu de mon séjour

Malheureusement, mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été très décevant. La propreté laisse clairement à désirer, avec notamment des odeurs désagréables dans les chambres. La télévision fonctionnait très mal et plusieurs services annoncés étaient absents ou difficiles à obtenir.

Le personnel est également très peu présent et difficile à joindre, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus compliqué. On s’attend à un minimum de service et de confort, surtout dans un hôtel situé à Médine.

Le seul véritable point positif reste l’emplacement, qui est très pratique. C’est vraiment dommage, car avec un meilleur entretien, un personnel plus disponible et des services correctement assurés, cet hôtel pourrait être beaucoup plus agréable.

En résumé : emplacement excellent, mais propreté, service et confort très décevants. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel dans son état actuel.
