Pros:

Great view of Masjid al Nabawi, if you get front facing rooms
Daily cleaning
Approachable staff, and few of the housekeeping team were really great

Cons:

Top floor A/C working hard, but can’t cool down the rooms a lot from morning until night. Maintains a livable cool throughout the day.

Pros:

Location is good only 2 minutes walk to Masjid Nabawi, Housekeeping staff is good always comes to assist and repelenish with water bottles and tea bags

Cons:

Problem with Wifi do not have coverage at all inside the room.. Only when we come out of room can access Wifi.. Room Door locks having problem multiple times...
