الاخت حميده الله يجزاها خير ولا طلعت من الفندق من اول 4 ساعات

اشكر الاخت حميدة ماقصرة في كل شي للامانه تستاهل مكافئة قيمه من الفندق ولي عجبني كمان المواقف مره وسيعه

في غرفه رقم 110 الدور الاول فيها باب داخلي كانه مثل الغرفتين متصله في بعض المفروض يطبقو قرارات وزارة السياحه ويقفلوها بصبه او بلك مايصير سكنو جنبي عائلة ومعهم اطفال الله يحفظهم ازعاج ويدقو الباب كثير ماخلوني انام

I don’t recommend anybody to live in this place, and request to make it with zero star
Pros:

Bad hotel with worst service ever, no front desk permanent service, no breakfast despite the high price to this level

Great value. Receptionist lady need to do better job.

Everything was well, except the receptionist. She was too distracted and not dealing with the customers accordingly. The windows were quite filthy.
