Pros:

部屋は綺麗で良かったです。
アメニティーや、必要なものもしっかりあって良かったです。

Cons:

少しタバコっぽいにおいがしたのが、気になりました。　
窓がなかったのが、閉塞感がありました。
思ったよりもラブホテル感が強く、小学生の子供とだったので、若干の気まずさがありました。

It was great for a one night stay and the location from the train stations arenʻt bad.
Pros:

They allowed my partner and me to check out later, which was great. We only stayed for one night, but the bathroom and bedroom were compact yet comfy. I believe the room had blackout curtains, so we were able to sleep in after traveling late from Narita before checking in.

Cons:

Checking in was a bit tricky as they had self-check-in kiosks. But, since we booked through Booking.com, we had to wait for an associate to assist us and due to it being so late at night it took a while to get some help.
