Pros:

super emplacement avec un hotel hyper agréable !! J'ai même prolongé d'une nuit! L'accueil est génial!

Cons:

ne pas avoir pu profiter de la terrasse petit dejeuner mais c'était la fête de Tet alors c'etait normal! ;)

comme c etait le nouvel an chinois je n ai pas recu de petit dejeuner mais celui ci ma ete integralement rembourse a mon depart.
Tres bon emplacement et l amabilite des personnes a la reception .
La chambre etait propre mais il fallait s inscrire pour que le personnel la fasse.

Cons:

Rien. tout etait conforme a la description faite dans vos colonnes.

Pros:

The location was pretty central and easy to get to restaurants/grocery/laundry/etc. The front desk helped me book our drive to Saigon at the end of our stay which was really helpful.

Cons:

We didn’t have hot water for about 3 days in a row. We booked with free breakfast and breakfast wasn’t provided due to the Tet holiday for 1/2 the nights we stayed. They refunded us for breakfast but it would have been nice to know ahead of time (and not pay up front) instead of showing up and no one being there.

Cons:

We stayed at the beginning of the TET celebrations so some disruption is to.be expected BUT, when we checked in told our booked room not available, we refused to accept this and suddenly our original room is available. They tried this with several other people checking in. No breakfast refund given. Short staffed problems getting anything done, laundry ect. Noise loud music till 4am. Partying going on in various rooms all night and morning 4am.

Pros:

The staff were very nice and very helpful.

Cons:

The only hotel in the world where you can,t get a cup of black coffee? I went out and bought them some coffee from the super market.
