Nice hotel run by nice people
Pros:

Everything was absolutely brilliant! Location is excellent, just on promenade. Easy checking, useful lift, qiet and sparkling clean room, tea and coffee provided, working shower (it was super!), very polite and friendly staff. Big bonus is that the price was 20-30% lower than other hotels asking prices. It was a very pleasant stay!

Location was excellent.
Parking wasn't hard but on street.
Good breakfast.
Lift to upper floors.

Cons:

Bed wasn't great as edge of mattress wasnt well supported and fell out of bed when laying too close to the side. Management claims the mattresses were only 2 months old.
