Excellent Hotel on the banks of the Mekong.
Pros:

Right on the banks of the Mekong River literally overlooking everything. Great location friendly helpful staff and nice clean rooms. Breakfast was good.

L'emplacement de l'hotel , la chambre était spacieuse ..

Cons:

Une embrouille avec le personnel à propos d'une excursion proposée par l'hôtel et qui ne correspondait pas à ce qui était annoncé (document écrit dans les chambres)..

Pros:

On avait choisi une chambre avec balcon donc un vue idéale sur le Mékong. La chambre est spacieuse, propre , claire . Le ménage a été fait chaque jour avec changement des serviettes de toilette . Le bâtiment en lui-même est élégant

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner même s'il est Asiatique manque de choix. Impossible de se faire comprendre pour avoir une omelette à la place d'oeufs frits . Pas de fruits, pas de jus de fruits etc...

L'emplacement idéal, petit déjeuner sur la terrasse au bord du mekong.
L'extrême gentillesse des jeunes filles à l'accueil qui nous ont aidé pour réserver le transport.

Vonios kambarys nebuvo paruoštas t.y stovėjo tušti šampūno ir dušo želė buteliukai. Prieš atvykstant į viešbutį parašėme žinutę, kad bus reikalingas motoroleris. Personalas nesugebėjo šio prašymo patenkinti

Ngoc the receptionist was excellent and very helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast was decent.

Cons:

Bed was a little firm for us. No air condition in the hallway or reception area.
