La struttura è ottimamente posizionata vicino piazza Durbar. Lo staff è cordiale e gentile. La colazione è ottima così come i pasti al ristorante.

Molto comodo circa 200 ma da Durban Square

Eu amei absolutamente tudo. Desde a cordialidade extremamente contagiante dos funcionários, todos estão extremamente preocupados com a sua experiência e dão o seu melhor. É nítido! A localização é ótima, e toda a instalação alé maravilhosa. O quarto é extremamente aconchegante, não dá vontade de sair de lá 😂 tem algumas coisas que fazem muita diferença e vão além… no meu primeiro café da manhã eu perguntei se tinha panquecas pois estava com muita vontade de comer, eles disseram que não mas que perguntariam pro chef se ele poderia fazer. Ele fez. Estavam deliciosas! No dia seguinte, eu não precisei pedir as panquecas, elas já estavam prontas na minha chegada. Como esquecer uma experiência como essa?

Everything literally. I believe this hotel is one of the best in Bhaktapur.
The staffs are extremely helpful. Room is comfy. Location is great.
Food is also fabulous.
I especially love the bathroom. The water temperature is adjust so quick, like too quick 😆.
The electricity cut quite often, but this is the town I guess.

Fabulously situated in the middle of everything. Durbar Square only a minute away. Tremendously well renovated, fitting in well with the traditions and culture. Food and room spot on.

The location was great. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Rinu in the restaurant and Suman at front desk. The breakfast was great!
Bathroom and showerroom are very small and no place to put towels in the shower room. It is a bit awkward when you come out of shower.
The hotel room, location, and service were excellent. The staff could not do enough for us and were extremely attentive. The hotel is a about 300 meters from the main entrance of the old city.

We loved everything
We loved the food, location close to the old city center and the staff was very helpful: we had a great time, and also the staff with Sandeep and Nirmal helped to have a great stay

Great location, 5 minutes walk from the durbar square. Nice modern rooms, but with heritage feel. Very clean. Helpful, friendly staff. Good restaurant on site. Would recommend.
Restaurant could have had a few more traditional Newari dishes.
