Great location for exploring the city, with everything within easy reach. Excellent value for the money, the room was clean and well-kept, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend.

Pros:

The room was clean and nice, the staff was very helpful especially Mr. Yasin and Mr. Ali both where very polite and professional. Also they allowed us to check-in at 11:00 instead of 14:00 because our flight was in the morning. We where able to check-in 3 hours before our time without paying any additional fee. I recommend this hotel for any couple who are going to stay for one or 2 days it's near all good locations.

Zona este ok, intre cele 2 bazaruri. Curatenie si micul dejun e f ok. Clima f buna in hotel.

Cons:

Camera destul de mica, parea baia mai mare decat camera. Fara balcon.

Aproape de centru si atracțiile turistice
Pros:

A fost o cazare centrala. Usor de ajuns la mijoacele de transport in comun, la atracții turistice si Grand bazar.

Cons:

Micul dejun a fost mediocru, cafea din ness, mancarea destul de acra. Camerele foarte mici.

Un sejur foarte plăcut, într-un hotel curat și modern, cu personal extrem de amabil și mereu dispus să ajute.
Pros:

Personalul a fost foarte amabil și prietenos pe tot parcursul sejurului. De fiecare dată când am avut nevoie de ajutor, au făcut tot posibilul să ne sprijine. Ne-au împrumutat un fier de călcat și ne-au permis să rămânem mai mult după ora de check-out, lucru pe care l-am apreciat foarte mult. Hotelul este foarte curat, modern și cochet. Micul dejun a fost suficient de diversificat și am găsit în fiecare dimineață suficiente opțiuni pentru o masă sățioasă.

Cons:

Singurul aspect mai puțin plăcut a fost zona în care este amplasat hotelul. Fiind situat în centrul orașului, împrejurimile nu ni s-au părut cele mai atractive sau prietenoase. În rest, nu am avut alte nemulțumiri.

Goed maar verwacht geen hele grote luxe!
Pros:

De ligging was perfect, dichtbij de mooie moskeeën in Sultanahmet en op wandelafstand van openbaar vervoer. Heel vriendelijk personeel zowel bij de lobby als bij het ontbijt. Ontbijt was ook lekker.

Cons:

Enorm veel schimmel in de badkamer met een sterke geur, kleine kamer & badkamer. Na melding van de schimmel hebben we wel een andere kamer gekregen, daar was de geur veel minder maar er was wel nog wat schimmel aanwezig in de badkamer. Hopelijk zoeken ze hier een oplossing voor want andere gasten hadden ook helaas dit probleem. Als er geen schimmel was dan had ik de hotel zeker opnieuw geboekt want de locatie was perfect en het personeel was ook vriendelijk.

Our holiday was fantastic but the housekeeping and lack of maintenance have spoilt our enjoyment.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent with a great variety and the kitchen staff and waiters were friendly and attentive- thank you.

Cons:

Housekeeping should clean thoroughly and report maintenance issues to management
