It was good, but it didn’t fully match the room, the price, or the hotel’s rating.

The location, cleanliness, breakfast, and staff were all very good. The bathroom amenities were clean and well-organized.

Cons:

The room was small; in reality, it had two single beds pushed together to make a double, which was very uncomfortable. The comfort level didn’t really match the room category or the price. The internet was very poor and disconnected frequently. The shower was actually very small. The bathroom amenities did not include toothpaste or a toothbrush. The instant coffee sachets were quite old or damp.

We stayed three nights at the New Florenta Hotel with a group of 7 people and were very satisfied. The hotel has an excellent location, with major attractions within walking distance (although it is situated on a small hill). The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The common areas and restaurant are new and very clean, and the breakfast offers a wide selection. The restaurant on the 6th floor provides a nice view over the city. We would gladly stay here again.

Gutes Hotel in sehr guter Lage
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage. Ca. 5-10min Fußweg zum Großen Bazar und Hagia Sophia. Anbindung mit Tram in ca. 5min vorhanden. Sehr einfache aber saubere Zimmer.

Cons:

Kleine Zimmer und leider sehr hellhörig.

emplacement très bien. personnel très gentil et aimable. bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

douche avec température aléatoire ( 1 coup brûlant et un coup gelé). insonorisation des chambres assez mauvaise. chambre pour 4 avec rangements quasi inexistants.

Super Lage, sehr zentral und fußläufig von großen Attraktionen wie der Hagia Sophia, Blaue Moschee und Topkapı Palast. Nettes Personal, das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war ausreichend.

Leider sehr viel Schimmel an der Decke im Badezimmer. Manchmal wurde das Wasser im Badezimmer erst na 5 Minuten warm, manchmal wirde es gar nicht warm...

La limpieza UN DESASTRE. De lo peor que vi realmente. Pelos de otras personas en la cama donde se supone que las sabanas debería ser nuevas. No te reponen papel higiénico, lo solicitamos y ni nos trajeron. Tuvimos que directamente agarrarlo de un armario luego de pedirlo 2 veces. El suelo lleno de polvo, mugre y papelitos. Si no reclamas que la habitación esta sucia, no te la limpian, solo te tienden la cama y te dejan toallas. Ni hablar que la habitación de 3 es DIMINUTA. Por ultimo la zona es MUY fea, los taxis no entran en la zona porque es un caos realmente. Recomiendo fuertemente no hospedarse acá.
