Well located hotel with a wonderful manager
Pros:

The hotel is as pictured, very clean, comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The location was great, very easy to walk to the boat dock or restaurants. Wilber, the manager, was very helpful and always available to make recommendations and help arrange rides/tours. He answered all our questions and made our stay lovely

Cons:

We liked everything, it would be nice to have a hook or somewhere to hang a few clothes, but this wouldn't stop us from staying here again.

Pros:

It was clean. Had a good hot shower. Location is decent if you want to eat in the evening as lower down in town most places close early.

Cons:

In my opinion, it is a bit overpriced for what you get. Location is noisy as it is on a pedestrian street with a main road very close by. Could not open my window because of the noise, and it only stops when the shops close around 10/11 pm. There was no fan in the room so it was a bit warm and stuffy. I stayed 3 nights, and the room was not cleaned during my stay. Don't know if that is normal in San Juan. There is no view of the lake.

It was great but can be improved!
Pros:

The location and the communication was good all the time. I think they are starting a family business and they are putting all their love to this project so support them.

Cons:

There were some things missing due to I think initiation of business but we could have appreciated bathroom carpets and bathroom curtains. If some people are nomad they would appreciate a comfortable chair to work on.
