Buena opción de estadía :)
Pros:

Estaba bien ubicado y tenía acceso fácil, habitaciones tal cual como las fotos

Cons:

Quizás por la temperatura que hace en San Juan deberían de tener al menos un Ventilador en las habitaciones

La habitación es cómoda y está cerca del muelle. Las personas que atendieron muy amables y colaboradoras.

Cons:

En la época que estuvimos, junio, hacía bastante calor y la habitación no cuenta con ventilador, entonces la habitación no era muy fresca. No hubo servicio de limpieza en la habitación.

Muy relajante y bien atendidos

Excelente servicio, personal muy atento y amable, todo cerca

Cons:

Una de las habitaciones triple no tenía ventanas y el servicio sanitario estaba afuera
La otra habitación doble todo excelente

A bit too noisy for me. I needed to rest and sleep.

Property has been remodeled and was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I reserved a room with two beds, but upon arrival, only a one-bed room was available. The property was also difficult to find since it’s tucked away in an alley with no visible sign.

The location is very noisy. It’s near a busy main street, so you can hear people talking late into the night, as well as roosters crowing early in the morning. If you’re looking to get a good night’s sleep after a long day of exploring, this may not be the best choice.

The price is affordable, but I would rather pay a little more for a quieter, more restful place to stay

Great location, great staff, but beware construction
Pros:

Fantastic location and the staff were extremely helpful and attentive! We booked last minute and they had no issues accommodating our booking

Cons:

It’s obviously not the properties’ fault, but there was construction happening next door every day, including weekends, sometimes starting before 7am.

Very clean, near the center.
Nice staff. We arrived around 17h30.
Good value for price.

Cons:

It might be difficult to find the door as it is in a small street (next to the Main Street), but you can just text the property on whatsapp and they will meet you at the door.

El baño estaba afuera de la habitación tenia que salir a las áreas comunes para entrar al baño y el parqueo un poco lejos del hotel.

Buena locación y justo por el precio a pagar
Pros:

La ubicación excelente en el medio de donde esta todo lo turístico. Sin embargo esta entre casas. Te despiertan los gallos cantando a las 4am y como era semana santa habia algo de ruido de toda la gente en las calles.

Cons:

Como sugerencia deben colocar mas papel higiénico en el baño, de los rollos que son mas duraderos por si hay parejas con mas de una noche de estadía. Los colchones tambien pueden mejorar.

Pros:

La cama es cómoda, el personal es atento y ayuda con los requerimientos o peticiones especiales por teléfono o WhatsApp. Facilitan el servicio de lavandería. Localización muy cerca del comercio pero es céntrico.

Cons:

El drenaje de la ducha no funcionaba bien y se reposaba el agua luego de usarla.
Nunca encontramos a nadie en la oficina de recepción.
