Beautiful Desert Retreat
Pros:

Beautiful rooms close to the beach. Loved the pool and rooftop access.

Rooms stay naturally quite cool thanks to the cement construction

Well maintained fruit trees and plants surround the property

I stayed 3 nights to take surf lessons and work remotely.

Cons:

The kitchen has nothing. No lids for the pots, no spatulas or cooking utensils or even salt and pepper. There are very few restaurants in Los Cerritos so if you want to cook, bring everything.

A desk or table would be nice for eating and to work. The rooftop (has a big table) is unshaded so going up there during the day is not possible.

There is lots of construction in this area, it is very much in development. The beach is a 10 min walk.

Excellent value close to great surging
Pros:

Great location near Cerritos Beach. Beautiful grounds, pool & hot tub! Room was quiet and beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Parking instructions didn't explicitly say we could park within the gated compound, which was confusing. The gate was unlocked, so we parked inside anyway.

Beautiful spot in a semi rural setting
Pros:

The property is beautiful. There’s a well taken care of flowering cactus garden and pool. The units themselves are modern polished cement interior, our family room had a wonderful upstairs family room and kitchen area where we enjoyed the views, sunsets and ocean in the near distance. The beach and nearby restaurants are an easily walkable distance, with some excellent food options which we enjoyed exploring.

Our overall experience was good. Best sunrise & sunsets, and had nice hot water to shower.
Pros:

The location was wonderful. We left early 7a.m. I had to be in TS by 8a.m. however I didn't see a breakfast area.

Cons:

When I walked in all the windows were open and they had no screens. So there were bugs flying around and it smelled like there were dogs in the room.
