Pros:

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist super nah am Strand und die Eigentümerin ist sehr nett. Das Abendessen und Frühstück war auch sehr lecker.

Die Lage direkt am Strand.
Das Frühstück war lecker und von der Menge her genau richtig.
Es gab einen Kühlschrank und einen Wasserkocher im Zimmer.

Great location, would be perfect with some updates
Pros:

Lovely views out to the sea, very peaceful and quiet. Short drive to Poti. Friendly & helpful man and woman running the place.

Cons:

The bathroom in our room was in need of an update (room 7, family room with seaview). The toilet didn't flush and the toilet lid was no longer attached - the man at the hotel fixed the flush issue when we arrived but it stopped flushing again by the time we left.The bathroom smelled mouldy and there were spots of mildew on the shower curtain as well as on the tiles where the grout had gone black.
Some of our bedding also smelled musty - the pillows didn't smell clean.
The road to get to the hotel is a bumpy dirt track (not on Google maps, but you'll see it on satellite mode), be careful if you have a lower car as it could get damaged.

We loved it here!
Pros:

This was a really lovely spot from which to explore the Black Sea, without all the hassle of Batumi. It is small and feels like a secret place that only insiders know about. The family who runs the hotel is delightful, kind, and generous. The food at the hotel is very nice and reasonably priced. The sea is warm, calm and inviting - it’s the perfect place to spend a few days relaxing during an otherwise busy self-driving holiday.

Incantevole stanza sul mar Nero
Pros:

Posizione incantevole su uno dei pochi tratti di spiaggia sabbiosa in Georgia. Zona tranquilla e romantica, ideale per guardare tramonti sul mare. Stanza comfortevole, si può dormire sentendo il suono delle onde e nient'altro.

Das ganze Haus wirkt ein bisschen abgewohnt und selbstgebastelt. Alles nur zweckmäßig, nichts hat wirklich Charme - da passt dann Preis und Angebot nur bedingt zusammen.
