Perfect location: quiet and just off the beach.
Pros:

A stone’s throw from the beach, so a really perfect location, although a bit hard to find when I first arrived. It’s a really quiet little area, and Google Maps couldn’t find the place. But once I found it, I was delighted with the location (the attached photo was the view from my balcony).

The staff were incredibly helpful. We needed to head off very early in the morning when we checked out, and they kindly made us a packed breakfast that we could eat on our journey. Otherwise the breakfasts in the property were very nice, and it being a guest house rather than a hotel, the breakfast was made for us personally, rather than just sitting in a buffet type arrangement.

We had an incident with a door slamming terribly hard so that it caused damage to the doorframe (it was incredibly windy when we stayed, and we had windows open that caused a big through draft). They kindly fixed the door frame with no fuss.

In general they were very amenable and customer-focussed.

Cons:

The only down side was there was no kettle in the room, so we had to go down to the shared kitchen to make tea.

L’hôtel était manifestement pas terminé. Les travaux en cours ne permettait pas d'apprécier à sa juste valeur l'emplacement à proximité de la plage. est

Cons:

La présence de travaux à l’hôtel et à la maison à coté peut être dérangeante. L'accueil par le personnel avant l'arrivée de la gérante est très réservé. Peu d’échange en anglais et pas d'initiative pour situer la chambre à occuper. Heureusement la responsable a su nous proposer une chambre.

Location seems nice - when the hotel is actually open

Cons:

We didn t stay there. When we arrived the hotel (at notified hour of arrival) it was under renovation and not open for the season. Very surprised they accepted our booking. After several attempts at contacting the staff someone people showed up after 30 min yelling at each other in Georgian. Very unpleasant situation. They led us to another guest house that was also shut down (water turned off etc). At least they agreed to cancel the booking. We had to drive around for an hour at 7pm to find an open hotel, very disappointing experience for our first visit to the Black Sea Coast.

Pros:

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist super nah am Strand und die Eigentümerin ist sehr nett. Das Abendessen und Frühstück war auch sehr lecker.

Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Strand.
Das Frühstück war lecker und von der Menge her genau richtig.
Es gab einen Kühlschrank und einen Wasserkocher im Zimmer.

Cons:

Great location, would be perfect with some updates
Pros:

Lovely views out to the sea, very peaceful and quiet. Short drive to Poti. Friendly & helpful man and woman running the place.

Cons:

The bathroom in our room was in need of an update (room 7, family room with seaview). The toilet didn't flush and the toilet lid was no longer attached - the man at the hotel fixed the flush issue when we arrived but it stopped flushing again by the time we left.The bathroom smelled mouldy and there were spots of mildew on the shower curtain as well as on the tiles where the grout had gone black.
Some of our bedding also smelled musty - the pillows didn't smell clean.
The road to get to the hotel is a bumpy dirt track (not on Google maps, but you'll see it on satellite mode), be careful if you have a lower car as it could get damaged.

We loved it here!
Pros:

This was a really lovely spot from which to explore the Black Sea, without all the hassle of Batumi. It is small and feels like a secret place that only insiders know about. The family who runs the hotel is delightful, kind, and generous. The food at the hotel is very nice and reasonably priced. The sea is warm, calm and inviting - it’s the perfect place to spend a few days relaxing during an otherwise busy self-driving holiday.

Incantevole stanza sul mar Nero
Pros:

Posizione incantevole su uno dei pochi tratti di spiaggia sabbiosa in Georgia. Zona tranquilla e romantica, ideale per guardare tramonti sul mare. Stanza comfortevole, si può dormire sentendo il suono delle onde e nient'altro.

Das ganze Haus wirkt ein bisschen abgewohnt und selbstgebastelt. Alles nur zweckmäßig, nichts hat wirklich Charme - da passt dann Preis und Angebot nur bedingt zusammen.
