The Location is situated in the heart of Chenggong and is essentially as good a location as you can get. Cleanliness and ammenities where A class! Staff where really exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure the best stay possible as well as friendly interactions and great knowledge on the local area’s and cuisine.

Relaxed but very clean, quiet and comfortable. Good breakfast as well as use of kitchen and laundry.

Breakfast was good especially the take away option as we had to leave very early for a day trip. The boss was very friendly and seek ways to improve on the service. He recommended a very good restaurant at the mall for our lunch.

We stayed twice in Yuxi Hotel. First time was on 14 and 15 March. There were four fantastic young girls who did all their possible to help us. They accompanied us to the bus station on their freetime to help us reserve tickets, to buy a simcard, they reserved taxis with their applications, and put us in contact with a chinese girl living abroad and speaking french to help us in the communication. So again, a big thanks to all of them, their constant help made our first days in Yunnan very smooth. When we came back two week later, they were not their anymore, but the staff was also very hepfull, very kind and very profesional. And thanks to them we tried a fantastic Hotpot just a few minutes away from the hotel. About the hotel, it is realy beautifull, very clean and comfortable. Roomns are incredible with a great view. All in one, our two stays were much more above our expectation. A great thanks again to the fantastic staff and hope to see you again soon.

The staff at the hotel were so helpful and friendly. Nong spoke some English and communicated beautifully with us using WeChat. We loved the position next to a shopping mall and that the hotel organised a taxi for us to get back to Kunming South station at 5.30 am - even coming out to the street with us to find it.

Excellent service provided. They really take good care of you, from every aspect. Super friendly and kind hotel staffs. Room amenities is spot on. They have thought of what you will and may need while staying. Projector in room is like watching movie in a cinema. The room is so comfy we nearly didn't want to go out. Great location too. So many restaurants choices nearby and not too far from metro.

Our room was very large and super clean and the bed was super comfortable. We loved the room and the view. We stayed one night only to get the train from South Kunming station. Therefore, the location was perfect for us - just 10 min. ride to the station. It is next to a shopping mall, so we had everything we needed (restaurants, shops, etc).

The hotel is in a great location, impeccably clean, and the service is excellent. The staff is friendly and even treated us to dumplings. They thoughtfully offered tea and drinks before we left. Note that the hotel isn't a standalone building; you'll need to go up to the 34th floor

The room is perfect and very technological, the building also a mew construction and not too far from the metro station

Very well located if you need to take train at south Kunming station or flight. Nice mole and night market to eat. People at reception are very nice.
