Absolutely disgusting
Pros:

Nothing at all. The staff was a little friendly but apart from that everything was shitty

Cons:

Breakfast was limited and absolutely average. No concept of heating things, they line up the breakfast at 8 in the morning and if you go to eat at 9, you will find bread butter with flies on it, they had dhokla lying open with flies, parathas that were made at 8 and left there. Dirty plates and bowls.

Bed linen and towels were used and smelly. Despite multiple request, the sheets that were changed were smelling of sweat. mini cockroaches roaming around in the corner, curtains smell of musty monsoon.

Disappointing
Pros:

We arrived at the hotel around 10 however they provided us with dinner when we requested and didn't add any extra charges.

Cons:

Cleanliness is questionable. The entire hotel is unclean and the sheets weren't clean, I don't think they've put new sheets. It was quite disgusting.

In short it was waste of money and It was unexpected from booking.com
Pros:

Room was big n spacious

Cons:

Room wasn’t clean. I had to call room service to again to clean the room.
I checked in at 11:00 pm so they had ample time to clean the room but room wasn’t clean at all. It was visible that they have given the room to someone else and hadn’t even bothered to clean.

The plates cutlery wasn’t clean. Breakfast spread was not sufficient. Had to request for each and every item to refill

Pathetic experience
Pros:

Only comfy bed

Cons:

#even a electric kettle was not present,asked then only provided.
#intercom also was provided after asking.
#a simple menu card received after asking .
#Complementary break fast was pathetic.
#even front desk was putting pressure to vhevl out by 9 am as they had to manage some marriage event.

Very pathetic experience with such a high online tariff.i m sure no professional will like thus kind of mis mgt

Was earlier alloted never used rooms on 3rd floor which was stinking.No telephone to connect with reception .No wifi on 3rd floor.After fighting with the staff then was shifted to 2nd floor.Still no telephone connection.Food below Par and too away from main city.

Please avoid it at any cost!!
Pros:

To be honest...nothing.

Cons:

Rooms were not cleaned
Bathrooms were stained with leaking water
Pillow covers and sheets were stained
Staff cared less about customers.
No towels...was told when the laundry will come in the morning they will provide it then. I went out and bought couple.
I stayed with my mom(75) and we were asked to switch rooms thrice as I kept demanding the rooms to be cleaner and hygienic. No one assisted us with our luggage as well.

Overall, I will not recommend this place to anyone. Please avoid it!!
