TOP ausgestattete Basement ohne Fenster. Parkplatz und mehrere Strassenbahnen zum Zentrum.

This is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or children.
Pros:

The location/ walk ability, we walked a lot, miles, which was fun.

Cons:

The staircase leading to the unit is immediately when you open the door. It is a spiral metal staircase. That is very dangerous. The front door, which is in the back, opens directly onto the first step. I feel sorry for anyone who decides to have a couple drinks and try to go back to this unit. Almost fell a couple times. The sink in the kitchen was loose and rickety. The bathroom was OK. The beds were nice. This is a very minimal unit with really nothing to offer except for local TV channels and a place to crash your head. There is nothing special about this unit and the staircase once again is extremely dangerous. This is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or children. There is a stove, coffee pot, and microwave. The dehumidifier fills up quickly, at least twice a day. No central air or modified air, there is a stand up fan. The front door in the front is emergency exit only. The door is in the back. There is one parking space, it is free.

Great location and good pricing ...could use a few touches to make it more "homey" !
Pros:

When we first arrived we were a touch disappointed in the place ...but after a few hours we realized that we had all we needed ! Bed was comfortable and there were tons of eating and bar spots around us !

Cons:

Living room is pretty "blah" looking...a little more decor like some painting or posters on the wall would make it look more inviting !

It was also in a rough area You could spend a few dollars fixing the tap in kitchen and shower. Wood mounding was broken in kitchen. Just a few little things to make it better. Oh screen in bedroom window

Un excellent choix à un prix raisonnable, très bien situé.
Pros:

Très bien situé, non loin du centre ville, de nombreux petits commerces à proximité. Le parking est un must pour un logement proche du centre. Le logement était très propre et bien équipé.
Peu de contacts avec les logeurs, mais la communication est efficace. On peut accéder à des extras via une application (ex: ajouter un animal de companie), sans avoir à faire les demandes par message.

Cons:

Vieux logement, propre mais les finitions ne sont pas terribles. Peu de fournitures (pas de linge pour la vaisselle, pas de sel ou huile pour la cuisine, un seul sac poubelle, etc.)

Bien au coeur de la ville!
Pros:

Bel espace pour une famille de un ou deux enfants avec un espace cuisine propre et bien fourni. L’emplacement est parfait et près de pleins de commerces et du réseau de transport.

Cons:

Les rideaux n’étaient pas opaques et nous étions réveillés très tôt. Pas de climatisation dans la chambre donc il faisait très chaud (au dernier étage).
