Can improve more on toilets and bathroom
Pros:

The location for the hotel is good and stress free parking. Bed and fridge has been given.

Cons:

Bathroom and toilets, the flush wasnt working, and not clean, the holes of gutter were open underneath the wash basin. The switch plugs in bedroom were unscrewed and opened can cause safety hazards.
