Excellent location, but room for improvement
Pros:

· The best thing about this accommodation is its location. The cleanliness was also good. However, the key that was supposed to unlock the main entrance via our phone didn’t work, and neither did the TV. Whenever we wanted to enter the building, we had to ring the bell and have the door opened remotely for us. The TV wasn’t a major issue for us, as we only wanted to have a look at what Norwegian news programmes were like, so we didn’t bother reporting either issue during our stay. However, considering the price of the accommodation, I can imagine that these issues could be quite a significant drawback for many guests.

Cons:

The most frustrating issue was the poor communication and responsiveness from the accommodation. We informed them that we would be arriving two hours earlier than originally planned. We received an automatic confirmation saying that this was fine and even that we would not be charged for the earlier check-in. However, when we arrived, we were unable to access the accommodation, as the automated entry system only allowed us in at the time we had originally provided. So despite receiving confirmation that our earlier arrival had been accepted, we still had to wait until the original check-in time before we could enter.
