Less than 5 minutes to the station, the bus stop and in the center of gangnam

Cons:

The smell sometimes was very bad
The security of the property was not the best, to enter in the building was open to everyone

The location is wonderful, close to gangnam, 3 minutes walk from station, drug stores, convenience stores, foods, cafe nearby

Cons:

Old facilities, shower rooms door is missing, no bath tub curtain, no ventilator, room smells if not close bathroom door
