Pros:

ヨクサム駅からも近く、周りに色んな飲食店やコンビニなどもあったのでロケーションは良かったです

Cons:

私の部屋だけかもしれませんが、滞在していた5日のうち、半分以上エアコンが一回でつかず、線を入れ直さなきゃいけなかったのが少し残念でした。最初は毎回スタッフさんを呼んでいましたが、毎回すぐに対応してくださいました

Wish it was better and cleaner stay.

The location was very nice and central. Close to metro station.

Cons:

The matras was very hard. Not good to stay an entire week. We were tired all the time because of the hard mattress was preventing us to have a good nights rest. The badroom was very dirty with mold. I asked to clean it. They tried a bit but it was still very dirty. Also the room wasn’t cleaned properly upon arrival there were still stuff from other people there. Like opened soda bottles in the fridge. Dirty beddings which they fixed upon asking for new bedding.

The beds are hard and extremely uncomfortable.
Pros:

No Breakfast. The beds were horrible. They have Box springs instead of mattresses. Three nights were too much.

Awesome stay at a convenient location with a great staff!
Pros:

The staff is very thoughtful and friendly. For example, I had forgotten to get some chopsticks with the instant noodles I'd purchased at the GS25 convenience store down the street.. Because of this, I improvised by using the provided toothbrushes as my "chopsticks" when I ate the noodles I bought. The next day, when housekeeping made up the room, they left a couple sets of chopsticks for me in addition to the other disposable items they normally provide (toothbrushes, shaving razors, etc.). It seems small and funny, but that's top-notch service in my eyes!

Los empleados fueron super amables y cuando pedí algo, en seguida lo hicieron!
