Μείναμε πολύ ικανοποιημένοι.Ο χώρος χρειάζεται λίγη συντήρηση αλλά τα δωμάτια ήταν καθαρά και ο οικοδεσπότης μας φρόντισε σαν να ήμασταν σπίτι μας .Η φιλοξενία που πήραμε ήταν από τις καλύτερες που έχουμε ζήσει .πληροφορίες,φαγητό νιώσαμε ασφαλεία.

Would recommend it if you are on a budget and would like an authentic experience
Pros:

The host, Murad, was very nice and helpful. The Turkish breakfast was good and, in addition, there was always tea in the cafe. The location was good in the sense that a lot of places are accessible to you on foot and via public transport. Overall, the price was not expensive compared to other options.

Cons:

The guesthouse itself was okay but not ideal: narrow stairs, imperfect noise isolation. Room a bit small for the two big beds in it. Overall, I felt like the room and the bathroom needed a bit of renovation.

Pros:

Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant, and we left extremely satisfied. The location is excellent, situated in a quiet street while still being very close to Sultanahmet, Eminönü, the tram and bus stations, as well as the ferry pier, which makes it very well connected to all parts of the city. The rooms were clean, tidy, and comfortable. Special praise goes to the host, Murat, who was exceptionally kind, helpful, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. We left the hotel very satisfied and would gladly recommend it to others.

Muy buena, sin duda repetiríamos

Muy buena localización, muy céntrico y fácil acceso a metro, tranvia y ferry

Great choice to chose this appartment
Pros:

The staff was excellent, room had everything that we needed. Location was very good. We transported very easy. Staff helped us in everything. They also let us have room after check out. Very friendly and great. I highly recommend

Pros:

Хороший внимательный администратор Мурат.
Отличное расположение до метро Халич и недалеко от достопримечательностей.
Отличный район для недорогого посещения Стамбула,недорогая еда и вкусная в этом районе,здесь иногда снимают сериалы.Кровати шикарные,выспался как младенец.

Cons:

В номере было чисто ,но в коридоре пахло неприятно.
Так была бы 10 по соотношению цена качество.
