L'hotel è molto accogliente pulitissimo, arredato con cura, sembra nuovo anche se non lo è. Le proprietarie sono 2 sorelle molto gentili e accorte nel farti stare bene e farti godere il soggiorno, ci hanno dato anche dei consigli utilissimi. La colazione era abbondante, varia e buonissima, un buffet top. Insomma promossi a pieni voti❤️

Cordialità, discrezione, gentilezza, pulizia.
Ran by 3 lovely ladies, rooms were very comfortable, warm and cleaned everyday. Was sad to leave these beds. Really nice bathroom with great hot water, and nice balcony area to let in fresh air and look out onto mountains. Lots of space for parking which was very convenient as we were driving. Walking distance to Cortina town.

Le trajet pour rejoindre le centre de Cortina est court et se fait facilement à pied, mais l'absence de trottoirs et de bas-cotés nécessitent une grande vigilance (l’hôtel n'est bien sur pas responsable de cette situation rencontrée fréquemment en Italie du nord
La amabilidad del personal, parking gratuito sin necesidad de reservar, el desayuno bien y la habitación muy amplia y con dos balcones con mesa y sillas para relajarse.
Para poner algo, hay que andar unos diez minutos para llegar al centro pero se hace bien. Añadiría que pusieran algún tipo de leche vegetal tipo avena, soja… durante el desayuno. En la habitación, a mi no me importa pero si no puedes dormir con luz hay una de las ventanas que no se puede tapar bien.
Authentic mountain chalet style hotel. Nice room with comfortable bed. Lovely staff and good breakfast. Good parking. Quiet location, short walk into town for restaurants, shops and cable car for amazing views over Cortina d’Ampezzo.
Friendly staff and very helpful. cozy room, and good hotel location. The view from the balcony was good. the breakfast was just right, had all what is required without over doing it.
The single bed is a bit small. To reach the hotel, there is a 30m distance where you have to walk in the street with no pedestrian path.
Staff were great. View is incredible. Breakfast buffet had great choice. The entire building was full of charm.
Breakfast starts at 7:30am. That's a little late for hikers who want to leave early. First bus to the mountains is at 8am.
Everything, owners are great and very polite, room service also great, apartment was very clean, great breakfast with a lots of variety
Only thing i missed in a room is a small refrigerator

Absolutely terrible owner. I pre-paid for a room with a Queen bed. When we arrived, she told us that the hotel had no queen beds as if that was our problem - it was advertised on booking.com as a room with a queen bed. She placed us in a room with two TWIN beds and then remarked that they were "close to each other" as if that somehow creates a queen bed. The owner is also very deceptive and sneaky. She went onto her booking.com profile after our check in issue and changed the description of the queen bed room to a double bed room. We had to repack all of our stuff to be moved into that room after lugging our stuff up 3 flights of stairs to a disgrace of a room that had a bathroom you could not even stand upright in unless you were a child or midget.
