조식이 진짜 맛있어요!!! 조식 꼭 드셔야 합니다. 지은지 얼마 안돼서 깨끗하고, 침대 편하고, 방 사이즈도 일본 치고 괜찮았구요. 변기와 샤워실 분리돼 있어서 좋았어요. 욕조가 있고, 어매니티에 입욕제가 있어서 하루의 피로를 풀기도 좋았습니다.

서비스 커피는 맛없고, 숙박 기간 중 1회 제공되는 로비의 와인과 사케는 양이 진짜 적어서 기대하시면 안돼요.

地理位置非常好，離地鐵站和火車站很近，附近還有很多百貨公司和超商，很方便！房間也很乾淨，這次剛好房間在頂樓，所以不會有樓上的腳步聲，很安靜。
床的軟硬度也很剛好，浴室有附小椅子可以坐著洗澡，真的是腳快廢的人的救星啊～ 很喜歡，下次來札幌會無腦再選這間飯店 :)

Good stay in the heart of Sapporo. Would stay here again.

The shower was great. The room was very clean. The staff was attentive.

Cons:

The bed a little hard and small pillows. I asked for a luggage scale and got a handheld scale. Maybe should invest in a regular luggage scale that does not need to be clipped and lifted but put the luggage on the scale.

Bad. Never returning. It’s a shitty experience

Cons:

Never seen a hotel being that stingy with water. Stayed 3 days and On the day I checked out, I ask if I could take a bottle of water. The counter receptionist told me ‘you have checked out, so I can’t give you water’. Dude wtf? U flipped attitude and see me as stranger right after I return the cards? Lowkey feels this hotel’s staffs are racist. Totally different attitude towards foreigners.
