1. 洗衣設備太少，晚上排隊等都等不到，洗完已經到到半夜 2. 房間內的礦泉水太小瓶 3. 大廳服務人員忙錄，但對於房客提問也不夠清楚，另外清潔房間還留一塊抹布在房間內

위치와 가성비 최고의 숙소임. 조식도 가격대비 준수한편.
삿포로 역 앞이 공사중이었음에도 도보로 3분 정도 걸렸음.

Cons:

대욕장이 없다는게 아쉬웠고, 근처에 밤 늦게까지 하는 식당이 없다는 점은 단점임.
