Gérant très accueillant ! Nous a proposé de boire une bière qui s'est fini en repas dans un restaurant local vietnamien.
Propose également une loop. Bon rapport qualité/prix : 1,5 millions de dong/j /personne. Le prix comprend chauffeur, repas, hébergement et activités. Possibilité de départ dès le lendemain. Fait voir à la fois les lieux touristiques et des lieux plus éloignés. Autre avantage, on n'est pas dans un groupe. On était 2 lors de ce séjour avec chacune son chauffeur. Seul bémol, les chauffeurs ne parlaient pas anglais, mais on peut se débrouiller avec les téléphones. Une option anglophone (avec d'apres le gérant un anglais de base) est possible mais prix à 1,7 millions de dong/j/personne. Je recommande cette loop !
Enfin, tout le long de notre loop, le gérant prenait de nos nouvelles pour s'assurer que tout se passait bien. Il s'est également assuré de nous réserver des billets de bus pour notre prochaine destination à notre retour de la loop à des prix un peu plus avantageux.
Bref, gérant très prévenant tout au long du séjour ! (Attention il ne parle pas anglais, mais la communication par téléphone se fait tres bien).

The location is just near the center and the owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us book a bus from Ha Giang to Sapa. They also provided a very good transportation and tour and driver during our ha giang loop
One of the best hostel I ever stayed. Very friendly staff, comfortable room, tasty breakfast, honest people, I highly recommend this place! Also great WiFi, and they help with ha giang loop!

And private room and domitory... My bus...Hanoi>HaGiang...drop off in front of hostel.
Very cheap and clean ...many restaurants near hostel ...above all you can rent a almost new motorbike at hostel...If I come back Ha Giang...I will stay again.
It's not perfect but cost-effective
Family was very friendly, was a good spot before the loop. Motorbikes to rent and they can give you some tips about the loop.
Lovely, clean homestay with very friendly staff. They gave me lots of advice before my trip to the north east on my motorbike and even invited me for family lunch because it was very hot and I had a long way to go. Highly recommend if you're looking for a quiet and friendly place to stay
They are a super nice family and really helpful.
Simple, cheap accommodation.
Not clean. Lots of bugs. Mattresses was uncomfortably hard. Mould on the pillows and when I asked for a pillow that did not have mould on it the owner gestured to show that it was a stain and not dirt. I explained what mould was and that it is bad for health. He gave me another pillow eventually but it was still a bit mouldy.
The hostel location was really convenient, and they had all the modern facilities you xould ask for. Plus, the staff were super friendly and always ready to help out.
The room is lovely, with a big bed, and it's incredibly clean. I was really impressed when I first booked a room here.
