Pros:

Clean and beds were comfortable. Lots of space and plenty of towels. Lots of parking as well

Cons:

Location was far from Stratford. Very stringent check in and check out times with little room to extend or come early. Couldn’t easily adjust the thermostat. Room was a little warm. None of the windows were operable

Pros:

The view was stunning. The room was beautiful and clean. They supplied coffee and creamer. The bed was so comfortable in the beautiful view from my bedroom window was insane!

There was no breakfast...a coffee matter and supplies were provided.
The suite was roomy and comfortable

Cons:

The only ramp provided from the parking to the walkway was not totally accessible, and the was no handrail provided. The step up onto the front porch of the units was also quite high and not easily climbed with no rail provided. Without onsite staff, noise levels from some guests did get excessive.

Un hotel muy especial
Pros:

Es un sitio elegante, con muchos detalles que hacen la estancia tremendamente confortable. La limpieza es excepcional y es un pequeño apartamento que está dotado de todo lo necesario. Tiene unas vistas hacia el campo de golf, que son preciosas. Todo está automatizado, de manera que funciona como si fuera un apartamento alquilado. La atención por e-mail fue excelente, con una chica muy amable y solícita, que nos concedió poder entrar en la habitación anticipadamente de la hora en la que está oficialmente dispuesto el check-in. Gracias por ello, porque si no, habríamos tenido que estar ese tiempo esperando en el coche tontamente. Lo único que no me gustó es que no parece haber personal permanente allí (yo vi sólo a dos personas del hotel haciendo limpieza, que, a las 14:00 ya no estaban) y también que te hacen firmar unas term&conditions demasiado exigentes, en las que por ejemplo, hay una penalización de extra-pago si te pasas de la hora de check out o si, a partir de las 11 de la noche, simplemente un vecino inquilino se queja por ruido. Eso me parece exagerado y además demasiado dependiente del criterio de terceros que pueden ser personas que actúen maliciosamente o simplemente sin un juicio objetivamente razonable de lo que es admisible o no. Yo no tuve ningún problema, pero el hecho de que pudiera darse la posibilidad de que, por ejemplo, mi hijo pequeño pudiera ponerse a llorar por la noche (cosa que no hizo), y que algún vecino me "denunciase" por ello y el hotel aplicara esa sanción sin saber quién puede tener razón en esto, no nos hizo estar realmente tranquilos y a gusto por la noche. Es algo que deberían revisar para no ensombrecer el disfrute de una estancia en un sitio tan hermoso y tan bien cuidado. Espero haber sido suficientemente razonable al explicar esto, sin ánimo ninguno de perjudicar a nadie sino de hacer reflexionar a los responsables del hotel sobre ello para simplemente conseguir un todo perfecto.

Cons:

Lo siento, pero también tengo que decir que el poner la hora de check-out un domingo a las 10 de la mañana me parece abusivo y, más aún cuando solicitamos expresamente tener algo más de margen y no se nos concedió alegando que necesitaban que estuviéramos fuera a la hora para tener todo preparado para el siguiente cliente. Lo de que algunos hoteles te obliguen a hacer check-out a las 11, cuando de toda la vida en todo el mundo siempre ha sido convencionalmente a las 12, creo que es una degradación que está lamentablemente extendiéndose en el sector de la hostelería y que los clientes no tenemos más remedio que aceptar porque no tenemos otra opción, pero ya el poner el check-out un domingo a las 10, insisto, me parece excesivo. Es el primer hotel en el que veo esto (y he visto muchos). Gracias.
