Everything about the Erk hotel was perfect. Spotlessly clean, good choice for breakfast. We were made very welcome by the whole team/staff. Hotel is walking distance down to the ferry terminals as well as the parks, Palace and Blue Mosque.

La pieza era muy pequeña y cuando ibamos a desayunar habia una persona como guardia que nos miraba en todo momento
The location was close to Ayasofia, Blue Mosque Basilica Cistern & other attractions.
The breakfast could be more diversified.
La signora alla reception e il signore addetto alle colazioni erano molto gentili.

The breakfast was fine. The coffee machine is slow and the staff insists on making you coffee. This creates a great mess and fuss in the morning because the space is small. The food is tasty.
I did not like the dishonesty of the staff member at the reception. We booked and paid for a 18m square room and they gave us a smaller one and hoped we would not notice.
We paid for everything by card - the receptionist copied the amount I showed him on my booking account - he never checked anything on his computer.
Even though we asked for the invoice 3 times - we got 3 invoices that have NOTHING to do with the amount we had actually paid. Clearly, they are avoiding taxes and lying to us about it.
The overall feel in the hotel is that you will be taken for a drive. They do not go over and beyond to fulfill your request but they do go over and beyond in trying to trick you. I had problems with arranging and paying for the transport to and from the airport - the problem is that they don't understand English well and really don't try their best to clear whether they understood what you had asked of them. The transfer has to be paid in cash. They changed the amount we had to pay, a couple of times.
The rooms are clean and nice and you cannot hear the people upstairs but if you are lucky enough to have a party of 4 drunk people next door or a crying newborn - you will hear everything.
If you feel comfortable dealing with dishonesty, I recommend this place wholeheartedly.

The AC not cooling, staff unfriendly, they only provide water and amenities first three days. If you stay longer you wont get any.
The hotel gave us only one card for the room and refused to give us one more! We are two guests.
رحنا في الصيف والمكيف مايبرد، للاسف الموظفين اثنين منهم غير لطيفين، يعني تشوفهم مبتسمين لكن اول مانطلب شي على طول يكشرو و ووجهم يتغير! مكثنا اسبوع والماء واغراض الحمام اول ثلاثه ايام فقط و لم يرضو يعطونا لباقي الاسبوع، والشي الغريب ان احنا شخصين في الغرفة و لكن مو راضيين يعطونا الا فقط بطاقة وحدة للباب.
بإختصار السعر مقارنة بالتجربة يعتبر جداً غالي.
отель камерный, очень стильный и уютный. персонал приветливый. в номере было все необходимое, уборка была сделана качественно. завтрак был небольшой, но очень вкусный) расположение отличное: рядом магазины, рестораны, макдональдс, Галатская башня. вид на море

Siamo stati accolti dalla loro buonissima limonata e la nostra prima impressione non ci ha traditi. Un hotel pieno di persone che lavorano con passione, cura, e amore. È situato in una zona tranquilla di Sirkeci che però si presta molto a visitare a piedi le varie attrazioni principali. La camera e tutta la struttura hanno un design moderno, pulito e profumato. Dovessi tornare ad Istanbul, la mia scelta sarebbe ovvia !

Das Hotel war super Zentral! Das Persönliche mega freundlich und die Zimmer hatten eine tolle Größe mit einem grossen Spiegel und einen Schminktisch. Außerdem wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und deshalb immer sauber.
Am Hotel hat uns gefallen: der Einrichtungstil mit einer Mischung aus traditionellen und sehr modernen Komponenten, zentrale Lage (Fernbahn zum Flughafen und Tram fussläufig, auch mit Gepäck, zu erreichen, freundliches aber dezentes Personal, Frühstück mit wechselnden Komponenten und lokalen Spezialitäten

Dankzij medewerkers zoals Mr. Servet en anderen waarvan ik de naam niet meer weet, voelt dit hotel bijzonder gastvrij aan. Zeker een compliment waard!
Het ontbijt was verzorgd, maar mocht voor ons iets uitgebreider zijn qua keuze en variatie. Ook de koffie vonden we persoonlijk minder van kwaliteit. Een betere koffie-ervaring zou het ontbijt nog aangenamer maken.
