Отличный отель! Очень понравилось месторасположение — метро, трамвай и все основные достопримечательности находятся в шаговой доступности, поэтому передвигаться по городу очень удобно.

Сам отель чистый, уютный и комфортный. Уборку проводили ежедневно, в номере всегда было чисто.

Отдельно хочется отметить сотрудников отеля. Все очень вежливые, доброжелательные и отзывчивые. Всегда готовы помочь, находят решение в любой ситуации и с пониманием относятся к просьбам гостей.

Спасибо за теплый прием и прекрасный сервис! С удовольствием остановимся здесь снова и будем рекомендовать этот отель своим друзьям и знакомым.

An uncomfortable rip-off-ish feel
Pros:

It was clean, the location is great

Cons:

I didn't like the noise from the other guests that could be heard late at night when they would come back drunk, I didn't like that the staff issues the wrong invoice 3 times in order to avoid paying taxes and that they deliberately tried to give us a smaller room and we paid for a bigger one. In general they are very falsly kind and I was constantly on the look out for a rip-off.
Furthermore I feel like they only pretend to understand English well.
The breakfast room is small and it gets crowded easily and then getting coffee is an ordeal. One of the staff members is always there to facilitate the process however in a cramped space he is only adding to chaos and I felt uncomfortable being constantly monitored.
