设施还算较新

Cons:

餐厅太小，去晚了就坐在狭窄的前厅过道用餐，很局促，没有放松感。 老板娘更是戏精上身，上演变脸大戏。起先预订3晚，10月4日到达，每晚115欧。 10月5日与旅行社签棉花堡和以弗所7至8号的两日游，8日夜间返回伊斯坦布尔。 10月6日早上过道早餐后和前台老板娘谈续租。 老板娘说普通间没房，只剩一间豪华间，每晚150欧， 我们回来后实际只入驻30个小时就要退房，感觉不值，就问能否优惠一下。 老板娘开始说130但要问经理老板，20分钟后我下来再问，她说经理很忙不能打扰，我说就打个电话，一分钟的事，不优惠我就准备付150了，也不想再麻烦。 大戏上演，她和老板通过电话后告诉我，房费上调到每晚200欧，而且这是经理很严肃的决定， 我有些错愕但表示理解，随后我直接穿着拖鞋走出大门，整条街上有6、7家酒店，10分种后我就看过3家并谈妥。我返回取护照办理了手续。老板娘看着我手持护照走出，在我返回路过前台时叫住我说：经理刚刚做出决定，150欧一晚而且只针对你们有效。我说已经预定好了并对其表示感谢！

Excelente hotel, céntrico y tranquilo, muy limpio, y con un personal super amable.
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es perfecta para hacer turismo por el centro y para usar transporte público (está al lado de la estación de Sirkecy y a dos pasos de los tranvías). El hotel es nuevo y está en una calle muy tranquila, a dos pasos de restaurantes y tiendas. La zona es muy segura.
El desayuno es muy variado (turco y europeo) y muy rico.
El personal del hotel es muy amable, atento y servicial.
Es recomendable elegir una habitación doble superior porque es más espaciosa (vale la pena pagar un poco más).
La cama muy cómoda.

Cons:

La sala para desayunar es pequeña y un par de veces tuvimos que esperar a que acabaran otros huéspedes para poder sentarnos (hay mesas fuera, pero hacía frío).

5-10 mins from the main areas
Rooms were perfect and staff very very helpful

Beautiful hotel, centrally located and good value for money.
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located in Istanbul close to many key attractions. The hotel is beautiful and very modern and the room is neat. Bed was made every day and the room cleaned and felt very well maintained. Staff was very friendly and always willing to assist.

Cons:

The breakfast was not bad but could use a little more “international cuisine”. The coffee machine needs to be replaced takes very long to make a basic coffee. Our hotel rooms aircon was locked so had to ask reception to put the AC on every time.

الاستقبال غير متعاون أبدا ماحبيتهم مره وغير متفاهمين وسيإين في التعامل والموقع سيئ مافي أي شي يحببك في الفندق ولا في الموظفين خصوصا مديره الاستقال المناوبه متعجرفه وغير متعاونه اطلاقآ لدرجت أنا غيرنا الفندق. قبل نهايه المده كنا زعلانين ومستائين جدا جدا وكانت تجربه سيئه ولن تكرر

Alles. Die Mitarbeiter waren unfassbar hilfsbereit und haben mir sogar auf Anfrage netterweise sofort ein anderes Zimmer zugewiesen. Es wurde jeden Tag gereinigt, die Ausstattung war sehr neu und stilvoll. Die Betten sind bequem, die Gegend ist super ruhig, sodass man Abends problemlos einschlafen kann. Es ist super zentral, direkt an Sirkeci Marmaray und fußläufig 10 Minuten von Eminönü entfernt. Perfekte Lage. Ich würde es definitiv wieder und wieder buchen. Übrigens, vielen Dank an das Personal für die Aufmerksamkeit und Zuneigung bei meiner Abreise!

انصح فيه للي بيسكن في سيركجي
Pros:

النظافة
تعامل موظفي الفندق كلهم بلا استثناء ودودين ولطيفين وبشوشين وأخص الاخت فاطمة في الاستقبال والأخ الكردي اللي يشتغل تحت [نسيت اسمه ]
الهدوء الفندق هادي رغم موقعه في سيركجي وذا بالنسبة لي شي مهم في النوم
الفطور منوع والقهوة لذيذة والخدمة في وقت الفطور ممتازة

المطل من الغرفة غير جيد يطل على من كلا الجهتين على خرابة والبحر بعيد عني لكن ما اثرت على الاقامة
ياليت فيه شماعة للملابس في الحمام و مروحة تهوية

Pros:

J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour à l’ERK Hôtel à Istanbul. Le personnel était vraiment très sympathique, accueillant et toujours disponible en cas de besoin.

L’emplacement est également un vrai point fort : l’hôtel se trouve à proximité d’une station de métro et de tramway, ce qui permet de se déplacer facilement dans Istanbul. Il est aussi situé à seulement 1 minute à pied de la zone piétonne touristique, avec de nombreux commerces et restaurants à proximité.

Un hôtel agréable, bien situé et avec une équipe chaleureuse. Je recommande !

Maravilhoso!
Pros:

Staff todos muito atenciosos! Uma gentileza e atenção difíceis de descrever. Instalações novas, limpas, bem conservadas, ducha com agua quente e facil de controlar a temperatura. Cama muito boa!
