The room was very neat and clean and near to the Kanyakumari Railway station and to the Vivek memorial. Stay at this hotel was marvellous and their staff were very good. The hotel manager Mr. JayRaj was very cooperative and soft spoken with customer/guests. Mr. JayRaj hotel manager handled the guests very patiently.

I didnt get room, there was nő ró available altough i had booking from Booking.com
During booking itself , i had requesred eariler check In which was aslo aceepted. When i reached hotel staff not ready to give room and told all the rooms are booked. Finally we got room after literly fighting . They keep on the changing my room from gorund floor to first floor . evening again they changed room from ground floor to secondfloor. again we staarted shifting luggages without room boy support.....
I am writing to report a very bad experience related to my booking at your lodge, even though I did not stay there.
Before arrival, I was asked to make full payment. However, your website indicates that payment is required only after staying at the lodge. This information is misleading and was not clearly communicated at the time of booking.
In addition, the behavior of the staff during my communication with them was rude and unprofessional. Due to the misleading payment information and poor staff behavior, I decided not to proceed with the stay.
This experience caused inconvenience and disappointment. I request that you review your payment policy information and improve staff conduct to avoid similar issues for other customers.

Location is nearer walking distance for beach.cleaniness is good room size ok lift not available.breakfast not available nearby.
Location isn’t nearer to station but far from temple but walking distance for young person.No RO water available and blanket was in very bad condition.it was torn you will not get soap or towel.

No blanket , AC switch were off by the manager, we spare just before 12 hrs the manager every time asking when you check-out. Rude attitude, water leaking in the toilet, totally waste room

We got only one room and they gave us 5rooms for the Hall in which we were unable to accommodate so we had to book another room. An the wall was not up to the mark so we had to change the change the Hall which impact Ed our pocket
