Convenient location, the service was brilliant and delicious breakfast.

The property was in good condition, comfortable and clean.
A big reason for booking the hotel was to have a bar and restaurant as we were tired and the area was quite corporate. It had neither!! No bar and restaurant only served breakfast. Which was basic to say the least.

The rooms do not have “Do not disturb”/ “To clean room” button options, hence, we are unable to select on your own and staff will automatically clean your room.
One of the days, the cleaners knocked on our doors and decided to clean the room while we were still inside. Would appreciate if they could do it only after we have left the room.
Very clean and friendly, I have stayed here many times, and always have the same lovely experience.
The bed is incredibly comfortable! Also, the soundproofing is much better than at other hotels.
1. The hot water isn't consistent—it stays hot for only 2-3 minutes before cooling down to warm water. It loses heat quickly. To get hot water again, I have to turn it off and wait about 5 minutes before turning it back on.
I booked the room with bathtub, because no really hot water I wasn’t able to enjoy the bath….only able to do a quick shower.
2. When I checked in, the receptionist gave me the wrong room type twice.
