Spacious room, good amenities as promised. And exceptionally clean
The Vietnamese breakfast was excellent. But the hotel could have provided some other options too like basic English breakfast.

The hotel’s security guard is very attentive and helpful in assisting the customers with our luggages.

The rooms do not have “Do not disturb”/ “To clean room” button options, hence, we are unable to select on your own and staff will automatically clean your room.
One of the days, the cleaners knocked on our doors and decided to clean the room while we were still inside. Would appreciate if they could do it only after we have left the room.
Very clean and friendly, I have stayed here many times, and always have the same lovely experience.
The bed is incredibly comfortable! Also, the soundproofing is much better than at other hotels.
1. The hot water isn't consistent—it stays hot for only 2-3 minutes before cooling down to warm water. It loses heat quickly. To get hot water again, I have to turn it off and wait about 5 minutes before turning it back on.
I booked the room with bathtub, because no really hot water I wasn’t able to enjoy the bath….only able to do a quick shower.
2. When I checked in, the receptionist gave me the wrong room type twice.
Great value for money, with a comfy rooms and bed, nice toilet and all the other basics covered. highly recommended and will stay here again !
