Convenient location.
Location was great. Room was clean. Size was good enough. Bed was quite comfortable.
Unit was rather old. Electric plugs in awkward places or required an extension cord. Tripping hazard going into the bathroom higher than the room floor. Tub/shower was huge and somewhat difficult to climb into for a shower..
Location is an absolute winner. Covered parking and various other facilities makes this property highly desirable
Living room AC requires service as the indoor unit makes too much sound when switched on.
We choose West End Apartments as the location was great for the show we were seeing at West end electric.
Ian who greeted us as we entered to check in was absolutely great. Friendly and helpful. Businesses that have employees like Ian should be very grateful.
The rooms were aging and in need of some TLC. The price we paid we were expecting it to be fresher/renovated etc

Great position, able to walk to Southbank and the city. Staff kindly let us leave our car in the carpark while we went for a walk around Southbank.

No lock on door first night.
It's all about the location, so close to all the restaurants and bars in West End. Bed was comfy
No TV in bedroom or balcony furniture but the receptionist did get us a couple of chairs for out there. Make sure you close the bedroom door if cooking, we set off the smoke alarm while cooking breakfast and that almost cost us $1500, if the fire brigade showed up to a false alarm. Thankfully the staff came up to make sure all was ok before calling the fire brigade.
Central to QPac and South Bank Parkrun
Expensive for a basic room with no facilities
It was comfortable enough for one night, location was ok.
The room was not ready when we checked in, but staff we very quick to make sure the room was made up immediately. the corridors leading from the lift to the room absolutely stunk. Obviously residents in the building don’t heed warnings of leaving open doors etc when cooking.
It is well located for Southbank and Qpac.
Proximity to shops and restaurants
It’s dated and could use a refurb.
