Location is excellent, rooms are overpriced unfortunately.
Pros:

It's all about the location, so close to all the restaurants and bars in West End. Bed was comfy

Cons:

No TV in bedroom or balcony furniture but the receptionist did get us a couple of chairs for out there. Make sure you close the bedroom door if cooking, we set off the smoke alarm while cooking breakfast and that almost cost us $1500, if the fire brigade showed up to a false alarm. Thankfully the staff came up to make sure all was ok before calling the fire brigade.

It was comfortable enough for one night, location was ok.

Cons:

The room was not ready when we checked in, but staff we very quick to make sure the room was made up immediately. the corridors leading from the lift to the room absolutely stunk. Obviously residents in the building don’t heed warnings of leaving open doors etc when cooking.

Met our needs.
Pros:

Location, the room was comfortable.

Cons:

The room, and the common areas could do with good paint job. and new carpet. the bathroom flooring could do with a re tile. Shower over the bath, was a bit tricky for my colleague to climb over. Otherwise ok.
